Had a 40lb cat out 2 weeks ago and had multiple fish over 15
Lake 7 mate at orchards got my 25lbs pb same time as my mates rod ripped off with a 45 pounder. Them cats seem to like any hook bait lol even when you don't wanna target them 🤣 😂
Another Good video mate, the 20lb+ cat is an ok result granted not the carp we’re after when do sessions but there blank savers if nothing else.

I have finished lake 4 a few times not really had much out of that lake is quite hard to fish only had a couple of carp and biggest cat was around 17lb
Only had a 13lb common out of there. Hopefully fishing lake 3 next month. You had any luck with on 3?

Some dodgy fishery that fish are always moved about
Clearly haven’t got a clue about the venue.. where do you think they get time to move fish with 15 lakes to look after? I help doing the netting and can say hand on heart not one carp is ever removed from any lake unless it’s injured or so small you wouldn’t want to catch it anyway, so if fish are being moved it’s be anglers not the fishery management. I know there but fish in MOST of the lakes but not all of them. I’ve personally had several 20+ carp from lake 4 and a 30.12lb mirror aswell as cats to over 40lb

I've never been there,usually fish Elphicks that is closed for June,and i thought to give this fishery a chance...
From all info I've gathered lake 7 is the one that appeals to me..i am an experienced carp angler,and look for big ones,but in the same time i don't want to have 1 bite all day...i want to catch as I fish with my 10 year old son and if no action he gets bored...
