Just want too say I work at bitumen company in south africa 🇿🇦..and I have note 2o ultra ..and I have galaxy watch and the galaxy ear 👂buds pro ..so at work has loud machinery all around and temperature 🌡of 170degress ..up to 200deg so ..I've found that samsung has really done themselves Good with there products..it can take the heat and and I almost hear no sound cause your ear rubber fitting needs too sit perfectly in your ears ..so it needs to be twisted in your 👂to sit tight
I've looked everywhere and I have found no one mentioning the presence of the air vent. It's a feature that made the airpods pro extremely comfortable to me when compared to my old galaxy buds. Comfort is everything to me and while the airpods pro aren't great with android, I still would've bought them just for that. Subbed for indirectly helping me solve a massive dilemma.
I'm not sure if this is what you mean but on the galaxy app there's a feature called air pressure release ( something like that) when you have both buds used, it'll release the pressure it can create so it's more comfortable and doesn't feel clogged up.
Thank you for pointing out that feature about being deaf in one ear. I'm deaf in my left ear and I only use one earbud. So having many features as possible on my right earbud is very important to me.
I got mine today and I noticed that u can use the left earbud as a right earbuds without much discomfort, IMO it doesn't even bother me I can use them either way
Try using the buds pro with that galaxy tab s7 plus behind you! That should have the 3.1 update already. Mine has it but can't test that nice sound because I still haven't received my buds pro. But other wise, I really like your video. Thanks a lot. Thumbs up 👍
I am a huge fan of BOSE & Samsung products with that said I just purchased a nice pair of Samsung Galaxy buds pro with water resistant cover bargain deal at Costco 02-15-22 Bay Area. I have owned the Galaxy bud's pro for only one day, so far, I like the quality of material and all the bells and whistles it offers, the price was good, but I have to say nothing compares to my Bose Sport Truly Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds my beautiful wife recently gifted me...my music must sound a certain way and my beloved Samsung Galaxy buds pro can't compare. However, this does not stop me for being a loyal fan of Samsung products, I will always be. Note: I bought them on an "Impulse buy" for the record, I didn't "need" them. Thank you for the video. 6:57 are you able to connect your buds pro with your Windows laptop at the same time as with your galaxy phone? that is something i would love to have, I always have to switch between those two every day, would love to see that.
Hopefully you'll see this. These Buds work really well on a Windows laptop, and you can have both your phone and your computer connected to the Buds. Connect your Galaxy Buds to your phone first. Then disconnect them from your device (do not unpair). Maybe temporarily disabling bluetooth will help. Then connect them normally to your Windows laptop like any other bluetooth device. You now have the buds connected to both your phone and your computer. If you want to be able to switch between them without disconnecting them from their prior device, then you need to activate "Seamless earbud connection" under the Advanced option in the Samsung Wearables app on your phone. Works really, really well, and probably the best wireless earbuds you can buy for both your Android phone and your Windows PC. Highly recommended.

Love my Buds Pro, had the apple airbuds pro and liked them but sold them when I got these, glad I did. Was going to get the buds pro 2 but chose these and do not regret them, very compatible with the ecosystem and fantastic quality.

Eric, could you please check if we can still assign Google Assistant to the long press on the Pro? This is a dealbreaker for me coming from the original Buds. I understand voice activation will only work with Bixby, which is fine, but I still need the Google Assistant for many commands.
These earbuds quickly replaced all my others as my favorites. Once I used the large eartips my whole experience with these changed. The audio quality is amazing, the anc is better and passive noise cancelation has improved. But most importantly the comfort has gone through the roof now, plus they're allot more stable in my ears.
How does it know you’re turning your head when listening to 360 audio? Does it have gyros? What if you reposition your phone? Does it recenter? Details please.
In a sense it doesn't there seems to be external mics that work with the galaxy wearable app with Active Noise Cancelation the ambient sound has 5 levels that may be what you're looking for.

Im waiting for Samsung to just make the next generation of the buds live. The bean shape is so phenomenal for comfort, and they sit flush with my ear when I sleep on my side. I love that they don't stick out of my ears unlike the the buds+ and even more so buds pro. I'll just get the next live buds when they offer better ANC. I seriously hope that Samsung doesn't ditch the bean shape.

Only 3 problems with the galaxy buds pro, iPhones don’t have the pros in the galaxy app so if you want to change features you have to do it on a android phone first. I wish the battery life was just a tad longer like my buds plus and lastly I wished the anc was a little better. Don’t get me wrong it’s definitely on par with my air pod pros but I wanted them to be a little better cancellation. I’m really enjoying the galaxy buds pro they are so comfortable I forgot their in my ears. The Soundcore liberty air 2 pro are pretty good too!

5:11 Isn't this part of adaptive sound which has been around since the Galaxy Note 4? I guess it's only new to those not using the buds with a Samsung phone. They are losing out on too many fronts anyway. I am planning to upgrade to the Buds Pro from the original Buds I've been using for the last 2-3 years. The original (not even Plus) Buds are still perfect, but I am curious about the improvements you have mentioned, only waiting for the price to drop hopefully within a few months.
Same I usually use mine mowing grass or waiting on my wife in the car the rest of the time it's my corded sextett headphones paired to my S9 Plus with a small amp and if I need wireless it's my AKG N700 ncm2
@@1STGeneral they work well while mowing? That's how I use my original buds. The pnc is pretty decent but I'd like to block the mower blades and engine sounds s bit more.
@@eduardora_10b82 not the same guy but i love mine. in terms of sound quality, imagine airpod pros except the bass is just kicked up a tiny smidge to where you get that feeling where a good song will tickle the back of your neck while maintaining the integrity of the rest of the instruments so you don't lose out on anything i find them to be the most comfortable out of the samsung buds but that just might be my particular ear shape - i sometimes completely forget i even have them in if i swap to ambient mode for too long. also probably has the best mic out of any in-ear bluetooth headphones at the moment if that's something you care about the only meh thing about them imo is that the noise canceling is pretty okay - it'll cut out pretty much everything up to a certain frequency, and dampen everything else. so you won't hear the rumble of a car engine, fans, AC, etc. but voices will still be audible, just very muffled. well, that's the case if you aren't playing music and JUST have noise canceling on - if you're playing something it can pretty much completely drown out the outside world

Can somebody out there inform me as to whether these are louder than the original Galaxy Buds? I was neverly over-impressed with the max volume level on the original Galaxy Buds.
I hated my original buds but my man got them for me and so i didn't wanna say anything. I found a video that said to change the tips and wings. It was life changing. He got me the pro for vday but idk how i feel about them. Thr ANC with voice and ambient is WONDERFUL. its the fit. I have smallest tips in but the left ear hurts. Like the buds too big.
Im using these.. no doubt they are good. But the worst feature is that when we turn on the Touches.. with the slightest touch like adjusting them in the ear stops the song. Which I think is bad. Because I have used Airpods 2 and the touch is so good that we can adjust the pods without stoping. Moreover, the fit is not perfect as Airpods. I and my three friends bought this together and we have the same issue that it doesnt fit properly. Like when we laugh, my right side slightly makes a move in the ear.. and we have changed the sizes of the tips too
Very good, So I have an samsung phone and an ipad. I can pair both of them. But the auto switch is not working. Good understand this? So I want to watch film my ipad with galaxy buds pro and I pair with my phone and my ipad. I can switch between two device manual?
Correct. Because of the Ipad, you would have to switch between your devices manually. Remember that it's not just a requirement that the devices be Samsung, they also have to be using One UI 3.1. That means that, currently, your phone needs to be an S10 or newer and you would have to match it up with a Galaxy Tab S7 or another phone.
The thing I liked about my buds + is that you can turn up the volume or down by just pressing the edge part of the bud and you still get to open Spotify or use Bixby

I returned my Buds Pro because they kept falling out. With no proper tips or wings, they wouldn’t stay in. They were one of the best sounding buds, period. I will wait till the next version. I will keep the Air Pods for now.

The left right balance was on the live and you could also change it in the setting long before then by going to mono audio menu and left right balance was there
Man, i am really confused. I had the normal Buds before I got the Pro. Now outside, even with weak wind, I hear it. It seems as though the buds pro are actually letting the wind in on purpose. I think one of the microphones is constantly on, even if not connected. I doubt this is a feature 🤔 Probably just a defective pair...
The buds+ also have a tweeter and a woofer the only reason why the pros sound more vibrant is because the speakers themselves are a little bit bigger. So if you still want good sounding ear buds the buds+ still sound really good for a cheaper price.
The buds og have 1 driver how's is that the same from the 2 drivers in the buds plus and the buds pro have the same driver as the buds plus just 1 mm bigger in the pro
Yeah the ambient sound it feels like you're hearing air from a a plastic drain pipe if that makes sense from the Galaxy buds+ despite that I enjoy using them listening to my music or UA-cam content

I love all those features but Samsung flopped with the Auto Switch feature. Idk if it's a market thing or what but like he said, it does not auto switch with other brands. I have to manually select to pair with my Buds from my Samsung phone to iPad or Macbook and vice versa. With my Jabra Elite 75t's, that isn't the case at all. They switch seamlessly from android to Apple device, no matter if it's a computer or laptop or PC or tablet or what. And the Find my Buds feature(not mentioned in this video) is disappointing as well. Does not work at all if the buds die or get disconnected. My Jabra Elites are great at it. They, like the logical most important thing, show the last known location of the Elites, no matter if they died days ago or are miles away. Pretty important. And from that^ feature not being on the Galaxy Buds for whatever reason, I had to pay $200 a second time for new Galaxy Buds after I lost my first pair. I do like, though that I can use just the left bud and it still works. I'm deaf in my right ear. And I love how they are virtually flat against the outer ear, so you can lay your head sideways with barely any issue or loss of comfort. The ANC really is not much different from the Buds being on the "Off" mode. I wish the Wearable app had a customizable equalizer where you can increase or decrease the wave from bass to treble. The Buds just have pre-set options in a list. And it's kind of confusing for me to fit them in my ears correctly each time.

ANC works on my buds live flawlessly, I don't hear any outside noise whatsoever. I really don't like anything sticking into my ears, it gets itchy around 20 mins so the buds live is great for my ears.
So u advice me of buds live ? I got it with s21 ultra and its been a week and even didn't do an unboxing yet :) i just dont like something stick in my ears right at the end and it falls out the silicone tips!!
Agreed the buds + case seems tight and strong. The pro case is like the bean case, not as tight a closure. I love them all (lost the buds+) , got the pros. They are great.
How is it these supposed tech reviewers don't understand, or at least never state, the difference between active noise cancellation (ANC) and passive noise cancellation (PNC)? Passive noise cancellation being earbuds that go in the ear and plug the ear canal or over the ear headphones with good padding that seal the ears inside. Buds Live have pretty much zero passive noise cancellation being open ear designed. Active noise cancellation can not overcome outside noise very well, if at all, without being accompanied by some kind of passive noise cancellation. So saying Buds Live don't have good ANC is a technically incorrect statement. They do have good ANC, they just have virtually zero PNC making them a lot more limited on the total noise cancellation they can achieve.

Yes you can still long press for google. You make the changes in settings in software.

the one thing I love abt these, I lost one of my buds & the sound is soo loud whenever I'm looking for it comparing to the airpods.

i find them to be the most comfortable out of the samsung buds but that just might be my particular ear shape - i sometimes completely forget i even have them in if i swap to ambient mode for too long. also probably has the best mic out of any in-ear bluetooth headphones at the moment if that's something you care about
the only meh thing about them imo is that the noise canceling is pretty okay - it'll cut out pretty much everything up to a certain frequency, and dampen everything else. so you won't hear the rumble of a car engine, fans, AC, etc. but voices will still be audible, just very muffled. well, that's the case if you aren't playing music and JUST have noise canceling on - if you're playing something it can pretty much completely drown out the outside world

Can somebody out there inform me as to whether these are louder than the original Galaxy Buds? I was neverly over-impressed with the max volume level on the original Galaxy Buds.
I hated my original buds but my man got them for me and so i didn't wanna say anything. I found a video that said to change the tips and wings. It was life changing. He got me the pro for vday but idk how i feel about them. Thr ANC with voice and ambient is WONDERFUL. its the fit. I have smallest tips in but the left ear hurts. Like the buds too big.

Im using these.. no doubt they are good. But the worst feature is that when we turn on the Touches.. with the slightest touch like adjusting them in the ear stops the song. Which I think is bad. Because I have used Airpods 2 and the touch is so good that we can adjust the pods without stoping.
Moreover, the fit is not perfect as Airpods. I and my three friends bought this together and we have the same issue that it doesnt fit properly. Like when we laugh, my right side slightly makes a move in the ear.. and we have changed the sizes of the tips too

No, that won't work sadly. It only works with seamlessly switching between Galaxy devices.

Correct. Because of the Ipad, you would have to switch between your devices manually. Remember that it's not just a requirement that the devices be Samsung, they also have to be using One UI 3.1. That means that, currently, your phone needs to be an S10 or newer and you would have to match it up with a Galaxy Tab S7 or another phone.

The thing I liked about my buds + is that you can turn up the volume or down by just pressing the edge part of the bud and you still get to open Spotify or use Bixby

I returned my Buds Pro because they kept falling out. With no proper tips or wings, they wouldn’t stay in. They were one of the best sounding buds, period. I will wait till the next version. I will keep the Air Pods for now.

The left right balance was on the live and you could also change it in the setting long before then by going to mono audio menu and left right balance was there
Man, i am really confused.
I had the normal Buds before I got the Pro.
Now outside, even with weak wind, I hear it. It seems as though the buds pro are actually letting the wind in on purpose. I think one of the microphones is constantly on, even if not connected. I doubt this is a feature 🤔
Probably just a defective pair...
The buds+ also have a tweeter and a woofer the only reason why the pros sound more vibrant is because the speakers themselves are a little bit bigger. So if you still want good sounding ear buds the buds+ still sound really good for a cheaper price.
Do they have the same design as the first Buds. Cause the Buds Pro with the hump near the ear tip hurts my ears a lot.

Yeah the ambient sound it feels like you're hearing air from a a plastic drain pipe if that makes sense from the Galaxy buds+ despite that I enjoy using them listening to my music or UA-cam content

Bought them today. Everything I have is samsung. Should I be able to connect them to my tv? That is a samsung from 2000.
I love all those features but Samsung flopped with the Auto Switch feature. Idk if it's a market thing or what but like he said, it does not auto switch with other brands. I have to manually select to pair with my Buds from my Samsung phone to iPad or Macbook and vice versa. With my Jabra Elite 75t's, that isn't the case at all. They switch seamlessly from android to Apple device, no matter if it's a computer or laptop or PC or tablet or what.
And the Find my Buds feature(not mentioned in this video) is disappointing as well. Does not work at all if the buds die or get disconnected. My Jabra Elites are great at it. They, like the logical most important thing, show the last known location of the Elites, no matter if they died days ago or are miles away. Pretty important.
And from that^ feature not being on the Galaxy Buds for whatever reason, I had to pay $200 a second time for new Galaxy Buds after I lost my first pair. I do like, though that I can use just the left bud and it still works. I'm deaf in my right ear.
And I love how they are virtually flat against the outer ear, so you can lay your head sideways with barely any issue or loss of comfort. The ANC really is not much different from the Buds being on the "Off" mode. I wish the Wearable app had a customizable equalizer where you can increase or decrease the wave from bass to treble. The Buds just have pre-set options in a list. And it's kind of confusing for me to fit them in my ears correctly each time.
My volume is nowhere near loud enough, I've tried everything. Turning up phone and tap volume up by tapping right ear bud. Am I missing something?

ANC works on my buds live flawlessly, I don't hear any outside noise whatsoever. I really don't like anything sticking into my ears, it gets itchy around 20 mins so the buds live is great for my ears.

Agreed the buds + case seems tight and strong. The pro case is like the bean case, not as tight a closure. I love them all (lost the buds+) , got the pros. They are great.

How is it these supposed tech reviewers don't understand, or at least never state, the difference between active noise cancellation (ANC) and passive noise cancellation (PNC)? Passive noise cancellation being earbuds that go in the ear and plug the ear canal or over the ear headphones with good padding that seal the ears inside. Buds Live have pretty much zero passive noise cancellation being open ear designed. Active noise cancellation can not overcome outside noise very well, if at all, without being accompanied by some kind of passive noise cancellation. So saying Buds Live don't have good ANC is a technically incorrect statement. They do have good ANC, they just have virtually zero PNC making them a lot more limited on the total noise cancellation they can achieve.
