Service 46, plying Junyuan Sec Sch, St. Hilda Primary and Secondary School, Red Swastika School, Bedok Green Secondary, Bedok View Secondary and Temasek Sec Sch
Can you do Service 49? it serves around 6 to 7 schools (a few schools in its vicinity) and Its quite crowded knowing that sometimes, it would be a single decker bus and having to squeeze with strangers is not the best
I would say 55 as a bus svc as it connects students living in bishan, amk and hougang to schools in marine parade such as Chij Katong Pri/Sec, Tao Nan Sch, St Patrick's School, Victoria School and Victoria JC, it would be hard to find seats when you go on this bus in the morning when its a single decker, this condition is also the same after 2.30pm
As a regular commuter that rides service 904 , 904 doesn't only serve Riverside Primary School and Admiralty Secondary School.Greenwood Primary Also Serves 904. Peak Starts at 6PM when teachers come out of the school and take the service.
Basically 807 was introduced in 2017, was to retain the link between Yishun Ring Road to Khatib MRT, as 860 link to NS14 Khatib was gone when extended. But good point for students For 904... What if LTA introduce another feeder service to TE3 Woodlands South from Woodlands ITH to Woodlands Crescent via TE3 Woodlands South, serving 900 & 904 group to TEL 🤔.
@@TIB1234T I got replied by LTA before if 901 can follow 972/972M style to Admiralty. LTA said that "Woodlands Drive 16 students will *lose direct links* to Woodgrove Secondary School" back June 2021. Not to forget, there's new flats coming at Champions side & Woodlands Health Campus.... I'm not sure if 901 will extend more down to serve then instead Why not 901M + 913 (West) form as *910* while *913* known as 913 (East) + 913M?
For Tiong Bahru area, Svc 122 serves Gan Eng Seng Secondary and Alexandra Primary School as a feeder service from Kampong Bahru to commonwealth area. Tbh Svc 122 is popular for Gan Eng Seng Sec student during the morning
For me currently routes 9,12,20 and 38 are the ones that serves my school. And after dismissal all of them always gets packed wif students. Back in my old school in Yishun 812 was the one that served my old school. Haish good ol SMRT days wif Habite dominating 812. Memories of P1 to P3 before moving to the east and having to change schools. 😞
Oh, absolutely. You should do a Part 2. My old secondary school was within walking distance to my home, so I never needed to travel much. Primary school, though ... starting from Primary 4, getting to school involved taking pre-DTL3 66 to Bedok North Ave 3 and then walking to my school via the Kaki Bukit housing estate. Return journey, there is 225W right outside my school, which I take to Bedok Int and then transfer to 66, since there was no 60 at that time. Based on these clues, you can probably guess where my primary school is. ^^;
During my primary school days, i walk LOL because my old flat & primary school is literally behind -_-. Sec 1 & 2 i have to deal with 962, Sec 3 took 38 > 168 > 912 then Sec 4 walk to Tanah Merah > 168 > 912/A. Good times
Maybe 913 coz the buses are always very crowded between 1:30pm to 1:50pm since it is Evergreen Primary School’s dismissal time and a lot of students take the bus to Admiralty MRT
When I was in Primary school, I took the convenience of service 241 for granted, I used to be able to wake up just 30 minutes before school starts, and be able to make it there on time. Couldn't do this in secondary school now that my journey involves the MRT
Service 88 because it served a number of schools like Yio Chu Kang Primary, Hougang Secondary, Hougang Primary, Monfort Primary, Monfort Secondary, Whitley Secondary. Along the side with 74 which also served some schools too
For 904 I don't understand why DD or Bendies cannot be deployed. For 807 could be the worst bus service if it's packed like sardines before and after school hours.
@@masterbeanpersonal2868 no the current 904 era. Sadly I cant find pics anywhere online but I remember my primary school is where 904 used to pass by and once I did saw it
NO NO NO admin you missed the most important 74, serving a grand total of 18 SCHOOLS along its route!!!!!!! It plies a majority of the Bukit Timah Academic Belt, Clementi Road, Dover Road and North Buona Vista Road, serving schools like Nanyang, MGS, Ngee Ann, Chinese High, Ngee Ann Poly, ACSI and Essec Business Sch, causing common triple bunches. This service takes students from these schools to nearby MRTs like DTL2 stations, BNV, etc. Do not think that past these sectors there are no more schools, in the Northeast, Whitley Sec, Montfort, etc. are still served, goodnesssssssssss Anyways, you can see that 74 BCs are damn sian during peak hours, as they have to grit their teeth through the massive gridlocks that erupt from the schools that are served along the route. It is not rare to find a triple bunch of 74 1km into the start of the route, especially D2. BCs can even be up to 70min late on schedule!!
Hopefully, school reopens, 904 finally gets DDs, those residents must be sick and tired of the student crowd not allowing them to board the buses of that service easily.
I think for your case, the ones who are going to schools as mentioned will board from Admiralty and those who are going to the MRT are after the loop. But i agree as there must be something to improve on
My nearest school service is 371 it serves in Rivervale and stops at Rivervale Primary School Too
My man , he's talking about riverSIDE primary school not riverVALE
schools start on tuesday, 4th jan. any public holiday falls on a saturday, the coming monday is school holiday.
What the. Not fair sia. My time back then, next day school tsk
What about service 3, which serves many pri/sec schs in tampines and pasir ris
189 and 173 are actually popular bus routes. 189 mainly serves Nan Hua High and NUS High while 173 serves Bukit View Secondary
I don't include 173 because literally you can walk to the main road where theres 66 & 990. 189 yes i already include
@@TIB1234T Oh
I would say 45 to AMK as its the has the most amount of pupils in that bus service at noon times

Ok 👍
I still AND ALWAYS KNOW that Svc 74 as the NUMBER 1 'school bus service'.
Agreed
Marsiling area: Woodlands sec and Marsiling sec served by 913/M
I take 904 everyday but not to the schools lol, I live on its route. Nice video as always!
In my area,228 is popular as it passes my school,(DSS),Bedok Green Sec and Red Swastika
65 and 21 are common as well as they pass DSS,TKPS
As a former YIJC student, there is no use for 800 as we either take 807/812 or just walk to Yishun MRT. Nevertheless 807 is super important for YIJC
How yall walk between Yishun MRT & YIJC? Sounds far to me tho
@@TIB1234Taround 10 minutes, pretty fast and can be faster than 812
I really have 0 ideas why 904 cannot deploy DD. If can I would be really happy as it will help to reduce crowd.
