Беденький пёсик! In hot climates nice fuzzy dogs like РЧТs need to be trimmed short once a year, in the early summer, to prevent them from "overheating". Otherwise: Just trim the hair under their ear flaps (and keep everything else in that area clean, i.e. by carefully removing ear wax), trim their beard if it's getting too long, make sure their paws are clean and tidy (especially by trimming excess hair between their toes and making sure their nails are clipped whenever necessary), and - of course - keep their "back end" short so it stays clean. Otherwise, just brush frequently and thoroughly... preferrably daily. And bath with shampoo and warm water as needed (NB their beards need to be cleaned and dried daily to prevent bacteria and mold formation). Do that, and you'll have a beautiful (and happy) РЧТ!

I prefer Andis excel speed 5, pet grooming clipper - I tried another brands and models, but this one stuck with me for more than 7 years already and I have no problem with it. Smooth and light clipper

Neck and butt - #7; ears - #10 . For the body I use scissors but if you have pet BRT , not a show dog you need stainless steel attachments to your clipper (for example this one
Wahl Canada Stainless Steel Guides with Caddy, Fits #30 Ultimate & Competition Series Blades, Convenient Storage Stand with lid, for Pets - Model 58247
      a.co/d/0YbMyp1)
and try different to find your favourite shortness

Why is the neck shaved like this? Also aren't double coated dogs not supposed to be shaved to the skin?

By the clipping standard for the BRT breed - the inner side of the neck is cut close from the junction of the lower jaw and neck to the breast (keel) bone in the form of a chemisette. The line is drawn from the keel bone along the shoulders blade will define the boundary between the short coat in the lower part of the neck and longer coat just below the shoulder blade and on shoulders. Right clipped front SHOULD ACCENTUATE SHOULDER LINE AND CREATE a push-forward effect. The primary breed purpose - is a working breed that can push hard and have a solid chest to make the fast approach with reliable front movements. To show how strong and muscular body a species has, they open chest as a grooming standard. This day more BRTs have not massive enough chests, and it is not easy to see throw the amount of the of hair owners leave at that spot to cover the “weak.” chest. Thank you for your question!

@@blackrussianterrierincanad2317 Still doesn't explain why people are shaving double coated breeds?

@@highnoondraw0344 by the breeding program BRT has double and “single” coat - some.RRT have cost from giant schnauzerxairdelterrier line, as another line have giant schnauzer x long haired double coated Moscow waterdog. We have four ones for coats in a breed - extremely double-coated ( very difficult for maintenance), middle - where different lines were crossed - suitable for show and care; weak double coat and harsh coat closed to airdelterrier and giant schnauzer coat (my female is very low maintenance dog - just wash and go - no matting, harsh coat). Because of these varieties, the standards cannot be matched to one. The breed is very yonge (less than 100years). We have different type in one breed - heavy like rottweilers and some massive as Newfoundland's. Additionally, in USA and Canada, there are minimal amounts of dogs presented as the best of the breed, and a lot of inbreeding and low-quality puppies are coming out. On this day, Canada decided to limit even more and came out with a new offer - to stop the commercial income of stud dogs from Europe. Let's see what this breed will look like in a subsequent 40 years with these new regulations
