It's not about us, Nigel. Oliver is a Shiba Inu Breeder. Breeders don't always keep their puppies unless they have kennels to separate them. He could never keep any of his potats because Shiro does not get along with other males. otherwise, he could have, but he also doesn't have property he would need to build his own kennels. If he did he could manage it. Oliver's told us this in previous videos a while back. Oji's been rehomed now for a long time. The potat videos were all pre-recorded & not current. Oji has also been renamed. His new permanent name is Chase-Oji. 💙 He was rehomed back on 3/12/2023 & he's full grown. Chase is already over a year old. He's quite a big boy now. 🐕
Yes, & he was already weaned! Taking a few sips is one thing, but Raya had to learn as a first-time mom that she had to stop nursing him. This was all new to her so it's understandable that she let him continue nursing. Like Suki, Raya is instinctually a strong nurturer. She also didn't know Chase-Oji was leaving. This was her first release with her own puppy & she didn't yet know that she had to release her puppy. She had never tapped into those instincts before, but will learn from it. It's in her nature to learn of release as a first time mother. She will realize it with future litters, God willing. BTW, you do know that this is not current & all potat videos were pre-recorded from an earlier time. Check the date of filming (DOF) on the description page. Chase-Oji was rehomed in Dec. 2023. He's 16 months & a big boy now. He's bigger than Raya! 🐕
