Its not easyto maintain these elephant rather than this way of feeding them donate them national park or indian wildlife department or sell him to some wealthy caretaker who can take care of him
What you have to do with it, riding an animal is neither killing nor torturing them for meat nor to earn money by selling off their body parts like the westerners. For past thousands of years elephants, horses and few other animals has been integral part of human social life. People share a bond with these animals and treat them as part of families and yes we worship them as they resembles lord ganesha the God who is humble towards his followers and provide them strength and bring prosperity in their lives. So it is better to keep your dumb opinions to yourself.
