DZ was the best team in ((group stage)), who cares what you do there? Setting a record? Well the previous record holder was Alliance and they are known as group stage team for a reason
Now when we move into elimination bracket., not only didn't DZ keep their massive advantage but straight out got beaten cleanly by both Reject and Fnatic, DZ dropping 60 kills in last group stage is nothing compared to Fnatic dropping 51 kills I'm Winners Bracket.
And final was basically continuation kf the same three teams aka DZ. Rc and Fnc dominating...Fnatic was still trolling around while DZ choked

@aeo1976 bro mnk is just point an shoot no recoil wat so ever. Never played mnk till Last year hopped on an it's the easiest shit ever. My movement is dogshit but my aim is perfect. If console players didnt have controller they wouldnt even be able to compete with PC. Look at pubg as an example. They have no AA on console an if they put PC players in they would shred every console player with ease

AA is good if balanced to the point not the majority of pro players use it.
They are warriors (obly and karonpe), they have been playing since selly and RAS were still playing this game since the beginning, the Koreans have had a lot of difficulties since the early seasons (deathbox bug) which only exists on the Korean server, but EA ignored this bug and the Koreans left this game, because the development on the Korean server is very low, EA closed the Korean server so that Koreans who want to play this game can only use vpn and play on the tokyo server.

3 MNK won the ALGS is amazing. It proves you don't need aim assist to win if you have good aim in MNK. They have good positioning as well.

No, aim assist is still overpowered. You need to have exceptional aim on MnK to go up against aimbots and it takes way more effort and you are still prone to messing up since there's no rotational AA to compensate for your sporadic not so perfect aiming. RC and Aurora are two of a kind who can go up against any team in a 3v3. Aurora boys are famous for having one of the best mechanics in the world. Put that into perspective. You literally having to be in top 10 in the world to have a chance against roller which is why you barely ever see any new MnK pros in algs. The newcomers have all been rollers. The only MnK youngster comes to mind is caprah. @@zaikoiwex
@@zaikoiwex The argument out there is that MnK dominates in a visual clutter meta because Bang smokes and Caustic gas turns off controller aim assist. Essentially, MnK needs to disable aim assist to outperform controllers. All of which still requires skill, game sense and positioning, etc

We desperately needed a new winner, and I'm happy we got one from another region, too.
APAC N players are some of the most entertaining coz of their MNK mechanics, so just another bonus to see them get rewarded.
Daaaaang Zer0 wasn't covered by the smoke and got LOS'ed and was just too thirsty for that rat kill. Only reason Gen didnt get lit up there too is because he was slightly more right and covered by smoke. A small mistake turned out to be a $140,000 mistake. GGs. I'm so happy someone other than DZ/TSM won though and even happier it was an APAC-N team!

@Sami-rp1nh yes but that was only right after DarkZero FINALLY died and Legends was mortally wounded just trying to kill the duo of DZ. Maybe DZ still would've lost the 3v3 but I'd lay bets they'd still pull it out. But we will never know for sure
They played strong the entire LAN. I was expecting fanatic to win. But they still got 3rd. Very well played by Reject.
I was rooting for FNC too but to be honest, they do a lot of killing which is great for getting point, but they dont seem to have a clear plan for winning match point. I kind of lose confidence in them halfway.
DZ and RC seem better at this, like DZ always know which is the god spot and try to get them earlier. DZ really was a monster this LAN.
But anw, I hope FNC will wash away all of my doubt all of next LAN. Really love those guys.
I understand the clickbait title but to frame RC’s win as only being possible due to DZ throwing is so disrespectful towards RC. They balled out all weekend and earned that win.
The only reason there was another game was because DZ threw, reject played well all lan but only had the chance to win because of DZ throwing.

The point is DZ had the winning position, all red armor with a Kraber. If Zero just chilled, they most likely win the match point game.

But if another team win especially team from APAC suddenly its all just luck or the NA team is throwing. I'm not denying that DZ has wonderful performance at LAN but people also need to accept that other region also started to improve their gameplay and gameplan.

Did they get lucky by not having DZ take the title first in the game before, yes, but it's a Battle Royale esport, you have to just try to set yourself up for the win and hope fate goes your way. Reject did that more than enough.

They weren't in god spot first though. Reject was in god spot, but they moved a bit because they were being pressured in that spot. That's why DSG couldn't hold that spot. They were getting shot from 2 different angles and reject threw one good grenade and took advantage to retake the god spot. DSG had no where to go though, so they had to take that spot that wasn't the best at that moment. If anything, SSG were the ones that threw the game. They went to that exact spot before ring 1 even began to close, but they left to third and kill DZ lmfao. That's when reject took advantage and took god spot and killed SSG.

I threw my controller and broke it when Zero made this play. Unfortunately as an average gamer I knew this was awful. DZ deserved that win 💯%. That nade was the highest IQ play I've seen in a tournament, EVER. RC winning this tournament was a huge disappointment but congratulations to RC.

They can't be aggressive with a wattson in your team comp. When you run wattson, you're slower and choosing your fights better. I agree aurora and fnatic were a lot more fun to watch, but hey when there's money on the line, i'd rather play boring and win the money than flashy and not win as much lol.
A more defensive playstyle lends itself better to triple mnk teams. You see teams like Aurora play super aggressive, but they don't end up hitting matchpoint nearly as soon as Reject did. Gotta play to your strengths when you are on the weaker input.

@@zexavela6918 "Struggeling to win" - DZ was 2nd on matchpoint and almost won the entire tourney one match earlier. They didn't struggle at all, they were the most consistent team aside from Reject. Mostly down to luck who got the tourney winning position first. Caustic gas doesn't slow you anymore, so its not hard to move at all btw. And even when it was still slowing you, mnk has to deal with the same shit. Its not like you just get a movement-buff because of your input lmao.
I think everyone has to understand. DZ didn’t throw.. O7 is just better 🫡
