Cake recipe
======================
Dough:
butter 150 g (chilled)
powdered sugar 80 g
mix well
----------------------
vanilla sugar 10 g
one egg
pinch of salt
flour 280 g
knead the dough
put in the refrigerator for 1 hour
form cakes
bake for 15 minutes at t-180°C
allow to cool
======================
Custard:
two egg yolks
sugar 6 tbsp
vanilla sugar 10 g
flour 2 tbsp
corn starch 2 tbsp
milk 400 ml
mix everything
cook, stirring, over medium heat until thickened

butter 1 tbsp
mix again
let cool well
----------------------
mascarpone cheese 2 tbsp
beat with a mixer for 5 minutes

fill the cakes with cream
decorate with strawberries and blueberries
powdered sugar
store in the refrigerator
