Just go out in the van. Even if it’s just for a weekend. You’ll not know what the unknown issues there are until you do that.

You should put perfect fit blinds in. No drilling, they just sit inside the frames and look neat. 247Blinds do them made to measure.

Temu: I have seen a number of reviews on different products from Temu with different outcomes. For things like the plastic plates they are what they are, but for other things like the Pump, Trainers and Washing Line etc. only time will tell after some use if they are good value.
Van Table: If you replace the current leg with a Laguna Leg you would be able to keep your seating area in the "L" configuration the whole time as the table can be rotated out of the way (depending where you fix the bracket) and also just lifted off and removed when necessary. If going to a "look a like" make sure that it has the same full area of circulation.
Van TV: Looked a little big - perhaps find something smaller with a good definition screen and look to secure it to fold up against the ceiling then it can be watched from the seating as well as the bed although for the latter when laying in the normal cross direction watching it could be difficult. Perhaps a second small TV on the wall above the bed. Having spent many weeks on a narrowboat (which is only 6´across) a small TV with good definition works well.
Temu is great,no problem with them.I got the picnic plates for my Grandchildren. They also sell a fridge drain hole cleaner for a couple of pounds Nick.Also they do a price adjustment on any items bought in the last 30 days,you just need to keep checking.
We bought the TCL tv for our conservatory,very good value.
Blinds all the way for the van,will give a cleaner look.

You need a base to that moveable stool, then you can store things in it, even if it’s jumpers & hoodies.
A couple of light lats in the garage area just below the bed will be handy to slide the extra cushions in to store them.
Taylor is looking fabulous. I think you finally put your finger on it Leigh when you said about the interior looking like a sleek modern apartment but having curtains just changed the vibe.

I’d get blinds get the ones that fit within the window frame that sort of fold up in a frame I’ve seen a lot of van lifers use them and they look neat and tidy.
Problem we have with those is our head is going to be next to the back ones so it would damage them when they are down and the side window is a funny shape its not square.
Yep love the van videos. Want to see all your bits and pieces you put in. Have you got camping chairs? One thing I bought for my van was an A.T.E. Pedal lock. Really really good and secure.
We haven't put chairs in yet but we do have some fold away ones we will be taking
@@TheLodgeGuys a good tip is to go out for a night or 2 initially and see what you need. I found cooking tongs were a must just as an example of a small item ☺️ oh and don’t forget the corkscrew. It’s a pain if you mistakenly buy a bottle without a screw top. Cans with pull tops are also invaluable

How has your experiences with Temu been? The few friends that I know of who have ordered from them have said never again. What they've ordered and what they received were totally different, item was cheaply made, etc. I'm a little leery about ordering from them
I'm thinking of getting a portable table top washing machine for my static caravan. The one you've got looks perfect.Have you thought of getting a drive away awning for the van it would give you more space to sit in when on tour.

The little storage unit are only about £1.58 from SHEIN I’ve got a few.
If you are only going to be stopping on camping sites they do have facilities to use like washing and shower facilities.

I think the thing that doesn’t match, is not the curtains, it’s the pink cushions that don’t match. IMO I’d have chosen green cushions, because those curtains are a lovely colour, again IMO

I've loved the van build, I didn't expect to enjoy it so much, TY. I recommend Earth Breeze washing sheets, great for the van because 40 washes fit in an envelope and no plastic!
The two of you seem to have a way of choosing something and then talking yourselves out of it. But you are the ones who have to live with whatever decision you make, not us (except when we’re watching the vlogs, of course). So take any of our suggestions with a grain of salt.

You should get one of those colour rings and you pick the standout colour in the van and the complimentary colour will be on the opposite side of the ring

Please put some bits of felt to your boxes to save it scrapping the floor. Also like others have said put a bottom to your seats and use as extra storage.

Do you have a plan to stop the movable seat from sliding forward if you break sharp, I’d worry that it will fall into the step, just a thought, great work throughout the van ❤
there are 2 options when in bed mode it's fixed to the other fixes seat , when stowed it's going to be stowed behind the secret door so it can't slide about, same with the toilet it will be held I side the shower cubicle, you'll see a lot of this on a future vlog xx

Nick & Leigh maybe I'm totally mad but could you use the cushions at night for the roof vents maybe you could use suction pads and maybe elastic band or tape to hold them in place rather than getting something more and yous most likely wouldn't be using them as yous would be in bed I don't know it was just a thought
