Batman definitely holds Superman in the highest regard and Superman as well, I mean next to Green lantern as far as respect . I don’t think Pattersons Batman would fit in the James Gunn DCU. I also think Alan Ritchson is too old to play Batman for 10-15 years but that could also fit if Gunn wanted an older Batman in this universe. Batman will be a tough casting.

I don't get this argument that Battinson is too dark and gritty for the DCU. The same thing could be said about Batfleck. I don't believe Gunn wants Battinson in the DCU. We already know he doesn't prefer grounded Batman, we already know the tones don't mix, we already know Reeves doesn't want to do it.
