It's the ground level of an old barn which was designed to be a space for animals and you don't need more than seven foot ceilings...that ceiling height is common for ground level space in older barns. In the Pennsylvania barns I have converted, we used the lower level for bar/ pool🎱 room and family room, but I don't see any reason to criticize that well designed conversion.
OK, um....she's aware that being lakefront isn't the same thing as beachfront, right? I've never heard of someone wanting to live on a lake and expecting sand and ocean. Like it's a LAKE....
The house she chose with the pool was the best choice in my opinion 😊😊
Right choice, I would pick that one too.
The barn would have been spectacular for someone who had some extra cash to finish off the second floor, a nice big staircase to join both floors.
What happened to top space of the barn. If I would reno it, I'd make sure the outside doesn't look abandoned (safety reasons)
Why would they put such low ceilings in a massive barn? What did they do with the whole top of it?!
