I’m a Blk man in NYC never been pulled out of my car. Never gotten a ticket for speeding or moving violations. You know why because I don’t give attitude. You fools just don’t understand they want respect for the job they do. Does it always work? No it doesn’t but it has worked for me 100% of the time. TH was entitled that’s why that happened. They didn’t know you were Blk until they pulled you over, tinted windows!
I’m also a black man in NYC who is law enforcement and I’ve been stopped for fitting the profile like over 20 times and when they see my badge they just look at me in shock … one cop was mad he couldn’t give me a ticket … once they were wondering why i was in a certain area and tried to laugh it off

Driving While Black is also legal in most places, but there seems to be a problem with that...I just read a reply of a black man that's in law enforcement that has been PROFILED many times like many of us law abiding black people... maybe you've been fortunate that that hasn't happened to you... Also, how many, once they get pulled, over act like that? There is a minimum standard I expect from others and the way Tyreek acted does not meet it. I would never act like that getting pulled over. You get all these media people acting like the standards shouldn't exist for certain people like they aren't capable of being decent human beings. Whatever the legal rules are, there are so many of these situations that never should have gotten where they did if people weren't complete assholes or acting crazy.

After watching the video, I believe that Mr. Hill did antagonize the police, he was in the wrong for speeding and should have just took that ticket and been on his way. Now, could the cop been more professional and less short fused ,yeah I Believe so. C’mon we do have an assumption about policing and justice in this country because history has shown it to be true.

What people are failing to understand is when they told him to keep his window down, it's not because they just wanted to boss him around. THAT is an officer safety issue. They can't see if you are pulling a gun or doing something shady behind those tinted windows. MANY cops have been killed just by not being able to see what's going on inside the car. 100% of everything that happened after that was ALL because TH refused to follow commands and simply be respectful. This would've never been a story if he just kept his window down, stop mouthing off, and took his ticket to go on his merry little way.

IF you watch the body cam. The officer pulls him over, the window is DOWN, when the officer gets off the bike, Tyreek rolls the window up. So of course the officer knocked on the window. Dark tent probably illegal tent. It is a joke that people defend this guy. What because he is a football player? Because he is rich? I am glad the cops didn't care about that. IF it was me and I did what he did, acted like he did, speed excessively in a construction zone, I would go to jail. So yes being Tyreek Hill and having Drew show up on the scene saved you from that.

no one is defending him. the guy is a scumbag. it's the fact that he got pulled over for stuff that can't be proved in court. the speed was a visual estimation, not radar. there is no video of the careless driving, there was no accident, no one got run over and dude got pulled out of his car, cuffed and ordered like a dog to sit. for what? for having a bad attitude? that's not exactly against the law or life-threatening.

As for this case, can't agree more and just the fact all those complaining of how the police officer acted call them a derogatory term : cop. Seems to me right there is the beginning of this serious problem of race baiting as soon as the police is involved.

One thing that's never mentioned and I think it's important. Everyone always complaining about how cops treat young black men, but we never talk about the way young black men treat cops. Even when cops try to be respectful, they get met with disrespect from the jump. What other job do people have that the ones they encounter are almost always disrespectful. U don't give attitude when u order food from a restaurant, or when buying a car, or when ur football coach is constantly barking orders at u. Cops deal with people almost always at their worst

I work in a Jail for 28 years and the state prison before that and Millitary, Grew up in LA. Every Inmate when asked or just talking about things like this have had breaks, we all have gotten breaks from the Cops, and I remember a mistake once, in the 80,s at a house party, the cops told me to put my 40 oz by the trash can, while buzzed, rocket science kicked in for me and i went to go get my 40, a cop put a gun to my head saying i told you to leave that 40 there, lesson learned for me, just follow there instructions.

@@ricochetrabbit Growing up in LA in the 80,s they let us get away with a lot, but with a bad Gang problem, we were used to this, and i could learn from it or argue and fight them, I have always tried to see what did i do wrong, or take a positive outlook on anything.
Yeah it wasn't black vs white. It was non complying person vs unnecessary escalator. At least up until the cop wrapped his arm around Tyreek's neck and tried taking him down. At that point all I care about is the escalator getting punished.

I agree 100 percent . I love shows like speak and the facility. But the moment they started with that, and not acknowledging Hill escalated the situation, I lowkey couldn’t watch the rest. I had the same point of view as you on my show as well and prepared myself for the hateful comments

Been pulled over 6 to 7 times in my life.
The 1 of the 7 tines I was arrested I talked back and disobey the cops.
I was pissed and deserved it.
1 white man and 1 Hispanic man was pushed down into the ground face first and cuffed up.
Spent 30 hours in prison in a city I lived in for 15years.

Wiley, I am a big fan of yours. I do think we do need to emphasize that the cop was wrong too. He was on a power trip. Tyreek frustrated me too. Just do what the cop says and if you were treated wrong, file a lawsuit.
It’s amazing to me how people can blame Law Enforcement for their decisions, and then get others to co-sign those bad decisions
Marcellus shuckin' and jivin' for his fan base again ya'll. Tyreek could have definitely made some better decisions that day but that doesn't justify the power trip those officers had. Guess Marcellus gotta keep his fan base happy. Funny how even on his first video about this situation he "agreed" with someone in the comments who broke it down from a legal standpoint and called out the poor behavior on the police officers part.
