I had a crash in early Oct. I have an Arai Quantum X. I was in the hospital for a couple months due to dislocating my right knee and tearing tendons in my left. I have absolutely no other injuries after running of the road and tumbling down an embankment (came into a turn too fast). I am glad I had a great quality helmet. When I got it back from the tow yard I saw it took a hard impact to the forehead and yet I didn't feel a thing. I am 1,000% sold on Arai
You guys have the best stock on Arai, I measure a medium and can’t wear a medium in intermediate oval, always had to go large. But in Arai for round oval a medium fits perfectly. So I finally found my new helmet from Arai. Will be ordering from you guys soon.
The signet is the first helmet that fit me properly. Love the helmet. It is a little noisy, those ears on the outside of the visor catch a ton of wind.
The only proper solution is to test a one step thicker head liner. Remember these liners have peel away sections on the top and sides. When you step up in the thickness you can adjust in these areas.
Do you guys ship to Japan? I have a long oval head and all of the helmets here are made for round heads. I even went to the Arai pro shop but they only carry round helmets there. I have a 63cm long oval.

What other helmet Arai or other brand fits the same or similar to the QuantumX round oval?
The Scorpion R420 fits on the rounder side of an intermediate oval. The Biltwell Gringo S and Lane Splitter.
