Beautiful homes ! I'm confused about this process now! I believed you were suggesting that it's best to down- size to prepare for the economic downturn & social chaos you said you believed was coming! Seems to me something has changed . I still believe that in the future with all that is occurring (increased crime , job loss, homelessness , war ,etc . ) having less will be best for most of us !!! Wishing you & family only good things in the future ! ❤
I'm in love 😍...but I'll wait it out! Happy House Hunting Lead Family! WE ARE SOOOO HAPPY FOR YOU ALL! 🥲👏🏾🥲👏🏾 Freedom Acres is about to get a major upgrade...Whoop! Whoop! Thank you for taking us on the journey.
I’m with you…the pantry is important. 1st house is perfect in case there comes a time that a parent needs to live & be cared for. The other bedroom works well for an office. The garage is in a perfect place that is easily accessible to pantry and kitchen. Love this!!
Yeah, the first one is my favorite. If you could add that bonus garage room to it, that would be my dream home. The stairs leading up to that "bonus garage" room in house#2, is a hidden escape-to room. An upstairs man-cave... spare retreat, or small entertainment area for guests, who want to get away from the main living quarters.
I've heard great things about Schumacher Homes. From your video, they blend the transition of rooms. Walls can destroy sight lines. I guess you can tell I was in the design field.
I love the open concept(I usually don't)I would have to do a partial separation of the livingroom/kitchen space because that home is so huge and as you stated "stop running around this house."😆that half separation would keep them out of my way in the kitchen. Headed to look at the other 2 or was it 3🤔😊
#1 is lovely. We have a small, less than 1100 sq ft home with a great room. Love it. It is not as fancy as yours. ;D Do note- Our previous house, also in forested mountains and a family-sized 2400 sq ft place, had the main room, (not a great room), with vaulted ceilings. It got much hotter there than the area we now live in and not as cold, but it cost more to heat and cool because of the ceilings. The 2 wood stoves that were in different areas had a hard time keeping the place warm in the winter, though it rarely got below freezing there. In the summer, the heat was trapped in the ceiling and seemed to radiate, I swear. It is also harder to get cobwebs, change light bulbs or clean ceiling fans with vaulted ceilings. You will need a tall, sturdy ladder to do those things. The duster-on-a-stick just did not work well for me. Just a thought. Having one floor is great too. Stairs can be an issue as we age. Our knees get cranky. laughing...
House hunt with a trusted Realtor brother especially when you are looking at new construction homes. They will save you money, headaches, and time during what can be a long and stressful process where the builder is never looking for your best interests.
Nice but NO. I'm moving on to house #2. 🙃😊 You don't want to walk right from the outside straight into your living room/kitchen. The entryway didn't have any delineation or transition space, just open the door and boom, here's the whole house.
Im like Lady Led, more closet space/ tub. Dont like fridge wall need open. Switch office to other side.and make that dining room. Take some ideas and come up with your own custom home from each. No stairs ( fall) one level for all.
Nice open space. The Laundry needs a door or your clothes might suffer mildew. Pantry could have more shelves, is there a door? Again it nice, but I don’t see the Wow! Factor.
This has the same floor plan as my sister’s house except that it has an office, is a bit bigger and the laundry room is not a walk in through to the bedroom. I really like the look of it. She has space when the grandkids come over too.
Great Video family! CAN U TELL ME WHAT STATE is that in and The NAME OF THE BUILDER, So I can look it up and get the details (square foot and # of beds & bath) and Price. THANKS💙
😂start smoking cigar, it's a beautiful home. I like the 1 foor, the openess. Floor plan wasn't for me. Master bedroom connected to the kitchen, no garden tub/ jacuzzi, to much windows to not have sliding doors. Walk n closet to small. Kitchen wasn't a good setup. Of course if it was my only choice; 🗝 's please 😂😅🎉
I have NEVER seen a modular home as beautifully thought out as this one. And that glorious pantry was over the top! My goodness!❤🎉
Wow wish I could afford something like this it beautiful. Fixed incomes suck I tell you.

🎉 Yes love to see y'all walking around in your blessings from God 🙏🏽💛🙏🏽 Thank you for sharing y'all are a humble family!😎
It's so nice!! I think that layout more than works in that space. They did a great job thinking about the placement of everything.
I love it!! Its beautiful! But, I enjoy your teachings on Homesteading also! This is wonderful!

That house #1 is 🔥😎
Love this one. I think the ceiling in this one is my favorite and the pantry
The kitchen and master bedroom ❤❤
Love this first house… I could totally own and live in it!

That's a community gathering home. no problem. It is beautiful
So far I love the home with the bonus room over the garage.
Love it! The porch light is on!
Love the openness of this house
Love the open design!!
Love the brick exterior
😂😂 just let it melt out of the bathroom. No sir 😂
Wow that closet looks like the size of my bedroom. Huge
Beautiful!!!
Out of house 1 and 2 (this one being 1 and the larger one being house 2) I prefer house 2 from the other video. I can’t wait to see house 3 and 4.
I can’t wait to get home and watch this.

Hello Leads, I like #2 the most.
This house is awesome.
Very nice❤
I thought this was a stick build not a modular home.
0:48 This is a tiny home?!! I’m moving in.
No😂😂😂 this is our future home after the tiny home
@@leadfarmer73 Oh ok, I’m catching up.
HOUSE #2 is more constructionally advanced & interesting, than HOUSE #1.
I like first house but I don't think Lady Lead is all in 😅.

Beautiful home
Loving it #2 so far
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I looked at no. 2 first. I like no. 1 better than no. 2.
Looks like the GHL 4.0 🎉🎉
Wouldn’t you want 2 doors on the laundry room? Maybe a regular door to the hall and a pocket door on the bedroom side.
Great Video family! CAN U TELL ME WHAT STATE is that in and The NAME OF THE BUILDER, So I can look it up and get the details (square foot and # of beds & bath) and Price. THANKS💙
very nice!!
I thought you were living off the grid? Maybe I missed something.

I hear traffic. That would be a no for me. Hugs.
I'm pretty sure that they are planning on having the home built on their land (Freedom Acres)
That's a model home...
This is a demo home. They will building our home on the land that we have already purchased. “FREEDOM ACRES”
Beautiful. But alot of floor to clean
This is a house they’re looking at, their house is not going to be on that street. They have their own property
Where is this model? What's the name of it please?
This one I didn't like on the first video you showed 2 houses i liked the second house.

What’s price on house
That freeway noise is no good.
