- Originally titled, "The Stress Triad: Retention, Tension and Contention", was given on Dec. 11, 1960. Mr. Hall discusses some of the underlying causes of stress and how to better handle these types of situations. It is likely that we are even more stressed that we were in 1960, and it is clear that we need to listen to this advice just as much today.

We are working on ways to develop an online study group for MPH lectures. In addition to the "Friends" group that met after every lecture, the PRS had local chapters of study groups around the country and other parts of the world. Each week, they would read a lecture transcription and discuss the major points.

I probably listened to all "released lectures" which literally are hundreds and it always surprises me how much more remains hidden. How much more knowledge is left to discover and how many more teachings MPH has to share with us all. Thank you for your continued efforts to spread his work, it makes the world a better place, providing sustenance to the seekers in the world. Being an electronic musician I am inspired to spread some of the most powerful and concise thoughts of MPH and incorporate them into an album to unleash on the masses and lead them to the path.

There is literally no one like Manly P. Hall except Alan Watts and maybe Terrence McKenna.
It is interesting that a freemason, a philosopher and a scientist pretty much confirm the same about Life in general.
Many consider him the most important freemason of the last 100 years - Grand master of the Grand lodge in Switzerland..Likely a Lucifarian wizard.

The first time I heard of Mr. Hall’s work, I knew I had found a gem. I was so thrilled to learn of such a man that I wanted to make sure I remembered his name. How did I do this? I pictured a long school hallway with mustaches, beards, flexed muscles, ties etc. hanging along the wall. Now, ridiculousness->memory. May you as well now, never forget Manly Hall’s name ☺️

Here is the updated inner knowing to help guide one into truth. The Time mark is about 1:15. Not exactly... but include all life and here you have deeper truths often ignored by many so called enlightened beings:
Noone is entitled to an individuality that hurts other beings. Any such individuality must hurt the sentient beings who has it and the selfishness involved in a bad disposition, is always going to backfire.
The time comes when it takes its tole and its penalty. There is the moment of decision, the being with the bad disposition is not the one who is favored.
Update to the past Ignorance of what we refer to as so called enlightened ones or wisdom!
