When I ask myself the "why" I end up spending hours until I get to the root and the way it impacts my behavior and the internal consequences that come from the things that are attached to it. I have to decide what to do with my discoveries of my Self and what I can do with the information or what I can use it for.

The Pythagoreans regularly thought back through their day in reverse to realize not only their behavior and where changes need to be made🤔, but also to gain insight on blessings and where angels intervene to our benifit. As MPH states, this is a classroom not a playground.

It's unbelievable how timely each message has been over the past year, Hall tells me each week exactly how to grow rather than decay under the horrendous world of isolation i've built for myself in Minneapolis. The emptiness I feel we're all experiencing in the American cities is clear with reasons unavoidable. We must move forward within ourselves first. Bless you all.

What I did to stop being irritated all the time was effective and simple. I stopped keeping a cell phone, so nobody can get in touch with me and so that it’s not even an option for me to send anyone else a message. I stopped going out into public for the most part. I go grocery shopping anytime between midnight and 4am. I’ve changed my attitude by lowering my expectations when it comes to ANYTHING that involves another human being. I’ve been living this way for the last 6-7 years and I’m so much happier. I also NEVER listen to or read the news anymore. That’s helped an awful lot. But expecting NOTHING from the world and accepting that NOBODY cares what I think or have to say, that has helped more than anything. Once in a while the world will find a way to squeeze itself into my life and when it does I just go full robot mode: fake smile, speak as little as possible, and just do whatever the person I’ve come in contact with tells me to. I don’t question anyone or argue w them. I just do and say whatever they want me to and I try and end the interaction as quickly as possible. It’s not a perfect life practice. I definitely have moments where I’m irritated, but I’ve cut down on my irritable moments by 99% or more. It’s been awesome! Nowadays I just read books, grow as much of my own food as possible, and I’m always trying to learn new skills and become as independent of the system and the outside world as possible. It’s not been difficult at all. That’s the most surprising part. It was easy and my life was INSTANTLY better when I started living this way. Take it from me, you can do it! You do not have to be irritated with this insane world at all. Just separate yourself from everything and everyone and life is so much happier. Good luck!

Agreed. That date provides critical context such as intended audience and world events of the time, but also previous interpretations of conditions that have become somewhat better understood over subsequent years, such as PTSD (child and adult), family dynamics, excessive media influence, and even personality disorders and their societal inter-effects. Some great stuff all the same.

The smartest, wisest man I've ever heard. If I could go back in time I'd meet him. To me, he's up there with Aristotle, Plato, Socrates, Confucius, etc. Why he's relegated to the fireplace mantle instead of a billboard I'll never know. The ignorant women around my house hear me listen to him and say "oh I hate his voice...you're always listening to that guy brainwashing you". I try to share his life changing wisdom and they'll have none of it. They are the ones missing the mark. If the intolerant Hippocrates that are in charge of our Schools corriculutized this, they wouldn't need to victimize our poor children with their woke and PC politics.

      Best comment right here! ☝🏻
Good luck!

@@joleaneshmoleane8358 it must be so nice. However, i am unable to seperate myself atm from the world. School, work, family.
I can't imagine doing what others say to a tee, as the average person rarely has a logical temperament. Gossip, news, problem seekers, etc...
Idk what i should do. Other than minimizing interaction. I still have to be a coworker, sister, and daughter to others
