I'm glad it worked for you, answer to your question is that, anyone can see it. BUT not anyone can access it. You or the owner of the server can give access to certain members.

Am I the only one that can't access the ticket tool page? All my browsers are blocking it for not being secure, even when i bypassed that I still had no access, anyone know a solution?
To set up a ticket bot that pings or alerts you after opening a ticket, you can follow these steps: * Choose a Ticket Bot: There are several ticket bots available for Discord. You can use popular ones like Ticket Tool or Sentinel Tickets1. These bots allow users to create and manage tickets seamlessly. * Invite the Bot: Invite the chosen bot to your server by following the invite link provided on their respective websites. Make sure you have the necessary permissions (administrator or required permissions) to add bots to your server. * Create Support Channels and Roles: Set up a support channel where users can raise tickets. Create a support role that can access raised tickets and answer questions. Configure the bot to use these channels and roles. * Configure the Bot: Access the bot’s dashboard (usually via a website). Create a panel configuration that includes the support role and channel2. Customize messages and embed options according to your preferences. * Start the Bot: Run the bot using the provided commands (e.g., npm start for Sentinel Tickets). Ensure the bot is online and functioning properly. Now, when you as a user open a ticket, the bot will handle notifications and pings based on your configured settings. Enjoy managing your support requests!
@@h.n.r_funi3324- First, you must save or update on discord after creating the "Staff Role" -Second, you must click the "Clear Permissions" option as seen on the attached photo below. Good luck with it!
You may first check the required permissions to access the Dashboard, you need one out of the following thing: * A Dashboard Role * Having Administrator permission on the server * Being the Owner of the server
