I am proud of Air France. Unlike other lousier airlines such as United, they are serving healthier kefir instead of the atrocious Upstate Farms sugar-high yogurt that many airlines uses on US-departing flights.
Thanks for writing your comment on this trip report. Air France in total is in my opinion also still in Eco a little better than others from Europe or US, so I would choose it again in general.

Great video. Are they strict with the 23kg checked bag and carry on weight of 12KG. How is the customer service.
My own experience is that in SFO they are not that strict, when you are friendly at the check-in desk even with 24.X it is fine.
