This is so so good. So soft and when you add the garlic butter it’s chefs kiss. I used to be intimidated by regular flour dough and the kneading but after trying 3 different recipes of yours and all of them coming out amazing, kneading was the easiest part lol. It’s the waiting for the dough to proof now. Haha. Being Gluten Free is no longer such a chore thanks to your recipes and flour blend.
I just got a cast iron waffle maker and I use a similar recipe. I love the suggestion for Disney, I’m going to send them a suggestion to check out your channel- I’ve made your recipes dairy-free and they are still just as good to me
i have been strict on my diet for almost 19 Years been diagnosed with Celiac allergy to Wheat/Gluten for some reason what ever i eat takes my energy level away and bloated could be the flour or what ever it is don't like the feeling i get at all have been to Doctors etc... but so glad came across your Channel beautiful young lady where can i buy your flour is it sold in Australia your amazing in what your doing and how your creating with theses gluten free ingredient so much better that stores or restaurants.... there is this cake that i love adore having as a treat but so expensive wish i can be able to make it or know the ingredients because it is expensive they are call JM Cakes in Tasmania Moonah God Bless You and your family

Looks amazing! I've tried and failed many times at GF naan - and this one seems so promising. Question - what does the whey protein isolate in your custom bread flour do? Is this something you would definitely need to achieve the right texture? Or is it simply just for added protein? GF newbie here, sorry.
Yes, you definitely need it for this to work. It adds the protein that would normally be in regular flour to add structure and make a better textured bread.
I always turn to you as the gold standard for gluten-free bread baking. How far ahead can I prepare this? After the dough’s initial rise, can I leave it in the fridge for 24 hours?

I wish I could, but I don't own a bread maker. However, some readers on the blog have stated they've made my artisan bread using their bread maker so check the comments on that and see if you can find the settings they've used 🙂

Refrigeration allows you to be able to roll out the dough with little to no effort (and less extra flour). You can attempt to use it after its first rise, but I bet you'll have a difficult time rolling it out.

You could try a Danish dough whisk or a handheld mixer (if your handheld mixer has a dough hook like mine does, that would work well).
