I completed my EBC Trek in March 2024 and I give full credit to Aakash's UA-cam channel Delhi to Next for providing me all the information I needed for this trek. Although, I had a porter and a guide for my trek, but even with that help, I would say this trek tests the limits of your physical and mental endurance. First day was the toughest, but if you wouldn't quit, it becomes a doable trek. I would say Aakash and his father's EBC videos were my constant source of motivation. Now, I am totally in love with the Himalayas. God willing, I would one day go for another trek - but this time even more prepared.

@@Mak4u85 You have two options : You can pre-book a complete package online with a reputed company and they will arrange everything for you like - guides, porters, permits, rooms at tea houses, flight ticket to/from Lukla airport and even transportation from/to Kathmandu airport. They will take care of all your planning but it will be a bit costly affair. Or you can directly go to a place called Thamel in Kathmandu. This is a tourist heaven. Here you will get money changers, shops from where you can rent or buy all you need for your trek, travel agents who can plan your trek the way you want it and in your budget. The charges in this case depends on your plan and how good a bargain you can make. In my case, since this was my very first trek and I was traveling solo, I chose a fixed package from a trekking company called Himalayan Wonders who arranged everything for me.

Both are okay, but amazon is cheaper and you will get multiple options there.
