@@a88_yisg81 Exactly. It's really nice for starting out, and practicing your drawing while learning the animation basics. Some people even use their fingers, like wow!

I love the motivational message at the end. I would have just saved the video for later and forgotten about it like all the other ones if you didn't order to try all of them now. That's a good idea. I didn't think of that.

These are pretty much a starter app or website looking like or for these who don't want to do very much.

Thanks Philip and yepp just introducing the best kind of free animation software / apps for those who are interested in doing simple animations or starting out.
It can get pretty intimidating with all those new stuff out there. 😄
      Appreciate you here buddy!

Is anyone else seeing UA-cam with a different UI? Like boxes and the comment on the top? Looks horrid!

I believe I saw it but not with my main account. On my mac and without signing in I can see a different UA-cam ui.

I am wondering if blender or krita is better for me honestly. found out recently blender has full 2D animation support which also give you the powerhouse of its other features. like VFX and even 3D if you wanted.
But I am a programmer not an artist and just want to learn

    • @Wengsome

That's a valid question. If you're more into the programming part of animation and less of the artistic and drawing features, I'd say Blender is really great.
I myself am not much of a 3D animator, hence I prefer 2D drawing based apps. Try Blender if you can, from what I know the learning curve isn't too tough.

I remember animating with moviemaker and ms paint with the 'color eraser' tecnique loool. Red pixelated lines were my onion skin.

Omg, you're more advanced than I thought. Ms Paint and Moviemaker... first time hearing for me. Respect there!

@@Wengsome I don't think anyone does that anymore, it was a thing among animator youtubers who didn't have fancy software back in 2007-2012(ish) :'D a bit of internet history
