Young Sheldon turned into a soap opera. Also, how old was Young Sheldon before going off to college. Older than 11, for sure. The first 2 years were OK, then it went downhill fast.
@jonebert7716 the character had to die when Sheldon was 15. It was going too far off the rails at that point. It turned into a soap. They should have pulled the show a year earlier.
Back then when Penny used to have a life, with her friends and interests. Then her existence was written out of the story, and it became all about the men's likes and dislikes.
@@bscats1 Yes, but her friends disappeared. All her life was revolved around Lenard, his interests, his friends and mother. I remember her brother came to live with her in one episode. Lenard had a fit, and she ended up throwing her brother out.
Is it strange that I find Sheldon attractive talking about football, shooting at raccoons and cooking meat to make it taste like chicken? It’s rather endearing that he references his Texan upbringing, even though he is not what you would imagine an average Texan to be.
“If you wanna blend in with Penny’s friends, I think looking like an idiot is the perfect camouflage.” Bazinga! Hahahahahaha!
Gotta give Sheldon respect for actually adhering to the "Tier-1 friendship request" and not dodging it
The guy does love rules and the rules especially enforced by his own hand.
"I'm from Texas." Ya that about sums it up 😂
lol. I need a Sheldon to explain football to me 😂
Sheldons dad was such a good character for the show in young sheldon it was sad when they had let him go he did his absolute best for young sheldon...
I didn't like how the characters were retconned.

He stopped going to the games in person after getting into East Texas Tech I thought.

If you want later I'll take you outside and teach you how to shoot so close to a Raccoon that it shits itself ; LOL
Good ol' early days of TBBT.

Except, of course, for her career in the pharmaceutical industry.
