Mercruiser 5.7 2(j) - Adjusting Idle (Fix Spark First; See Description)

In this video I show how to adjust the throttle cable on a Mercruiser 5.7 with 2 barrel carburetor. If the idle speed is too fast you remove the throttle cable and adjust the idle speed screw. You then adjust the throttle cable with enough slack to allow the throttle to close against the idle speed screw.
Before adjusting the idle speed screw and throttle linkage you should first fix your spark system.
