I will look. Keep in mind, a full refund does NOT seem to be exactly what they are saying. I *think* eBay has made it clear that IF the buyer opens a return case, returns it, and you offer the full refund, then the negative feedback will be removed. Members of our Facebook group have experienced exactly that the past few months and mentioned it from time to time. If you have a neg and refunded it all BUT the buyer did not return it, I am unsure that will count. IT SHOULD COUNT, but I am unsure it will.
@@bobbycoghill3713 YOU DO NOT NEED THE RETURN THINGY WITH INTERNATIONAL. If you shipped it to the eBay International station and they sent it from there, you ABSOLUTELY are supposed to be protected. You need nothing other than to follow up with Support.

@@UltraAdvancedOnBay It was an international order that arrived completely destroyed. Ebay told me to do nothing and they would handle it.
