This presentation will explore the development and implementation of a faculty-made, faculty-led professional development course designed for educators interested in becoming culturally responsive teachers. As both designers and facilitators of the course, we will share significant findings revealed in the research surrounding the best practices and benefits of Culturally Responsive Teaching in the synchronous and asynchronous classroom during this session.
