His wife made all the artwork for his films. I'm not sure but that might be her at 4.30. There are a few documentary excerpts on UA-cam and someone like me always points this out and then is accused of being 'woke' for wanting his wife to receive some credit. Without Yuri there would be no Yuri Norshtein films but without his wife there would be no films that looked anything like they look. Her style and skill is astonishingly beautiful. I am an animator and if I animated someone else's artwork I would always give them full credit. Yuri was open about her involvement but for whatever reason the films are primarily known as his and not theirs so it is worth pointing this out - certainly as an animator and artist myself I want to know who did what.
