Sir ex-men vacancy me bhi sc,st ,obc,gen catagory hota hai ya sirf ex-man hota hai ,chahe wo koi bhi catagory se ho. Aur ham sc,st ya obc hai to gen catagory se apply kr skte hai

Anjani sir, Good evening, I am A Singh, serving in Air Force 15 yrs completed, if I selected for class 'A' or 'B' post jobs in State like Asst Professor or Librarian etc.with proper permission from service and service also may release before expiry my engagement (in 18-19ys).
On serving post of Librarian or Asst Professor if I apply for State PSC (RAS)SDM post or othar posts,
For State PSC posts my ESM quota will be applicable for me or not. At that time will be eligible for ESM quota ?
