We are sharing our experience about 2nd career (Sarkari naukri) and life of ex servicemen. I am serving in SBI. I am still appearing govt jobs like RBI Asst where I get age relaxation to know more and guide new Aspirants. I will also share my experience to benefit the common new aspirants. Future plans are making videos for banking and financial awareness which will help aspirants for mains exam and interviews for PO. Apart from financial awareness I will be uploading latest updates for the benefit of ex service men for the second career. I will share my true experience. Also I have close friends who are income tax officers, tax auditor's, bank security officer, parliament security officer , administrative officers at educational institutions , railway ASM, DRDO scientists and entrepreneurs who started their own venture as second career. I will share their experience too.

Sir I am an ex-servicemen. Presently working as TA CBDT. I am also selected in SBI now. What should i do?? Please guide me in purview of upcoming 8 CPC and also i can become Sr. TA in 2026 Or 2027. Should i switch to SBI? pls do suggest me as i am in great confusion. Both in home state.
In my view , u should remain in CBDT, though SBI is paying a higher salary than TA but in few years u will cross / reach to the same amount of salary. And another aspect is work life balance and work load are far better in CBDT.
Undoubtedly u should join SBI Ofcourse workload is more u will get a starting package of 12 lakhs and Home Loan and car loan in staff rate…
If you want peaceful life remain there, for monetary benefits you can join SBI. I don't think there will be 8th CPC as far as BJP's Govt. Choice is your. People are leaving banks for tax assistant and vice - versa. It's depend on person to person.

@@nitishkumar-vj2lk Where is peace!!! Let me pls say about work life balance in cbdt. Here is also not heaven. During election time i did 20 night duties that too without proper off and this happens during every election. Now, come to office time, you can come late however this will also go soon as biometric is being deployed everywhere and memo has been issued to late comers. Now, pack up time is long, barring some admin office, one packs up as early as 7-8 not before. Now, duty wise,,, you can say that protocol dept is the second name of cbdt. At some point you can feel that you are tour and travel agent of IRS offer. This i am saying with months of experience. Therefore, my say is where i will get more money there i will go. Nowhere is perfect. And last one,, that is not available,, u know to which i am pointing. So one has to cater from salary alone. There are some offices but one TA has to invest minimum 8-10 yrs before reaching there and an ex-servicemen on an average has almost 20 yrs of service left and demand of money in life is high as children are in higher classes. So only thing is ,, i am not well aware of how much i will get in bank after pay fixation and what is future prospects there. If salary is substantially high then i should switch. Here i am getting 47 K in metro city.

Sir NIACL assistant recruitment 's notice dated 14 Feb 24 iro fee refund for ExS. Initially we paid 850/- as exam fee, later it was informed vide above notice, the fee for ExS is 100/- and the excess amount paid by the individual will be refund soon. But till now, no refund of the same and no update also. Plz do reply sir

Score card m number of Questions rhta h Na ki Marks Mera rrb computer me 24 tha, it means after minus marking 24 questions correct hue the but Marks 12 hi hoga, Reasoning aur math me bhi Number of questions hi diya jata 1 question= 1.25 marks In computer 1 question=0.5 marks

Sir Ye SBI and IBPS can easly take exam in one shift Because 20 time 1.5 lakhs students total maximum in mains So no effects of Normalisation....
Last year I couldn't clear pre exam of RRB , IBPS and missed SBI main exam by 4 marks. This year I cleared RRB, IBPS but couldn't clear SBI. SBI has raised minimum cutoff marks.
