I have no questions here, but I made a 2005 replica video back in 2016 which is my most popular and can greatly improve upon it with this video. Thank you very much!
This video is really amazing! I can't wait to try to make these especially since you can buy a mold fot the Modern Wonka bars online! I was wondering if you can make designs for the flashback version of the Wonka bars? It was when Grandpa Joe was telling how he used to work for em. It would be very cool to make these even without the chocolate and have them displayed and such
You made them look so real and mine look nothing like that edit: I watched the 2005 movie and it was really good and my mom did an end of year showcase on that movie thanks for showing me this version I wanted to make my own
i tried to make a few on my own based on how a few of the old props were wood pieces tin foiled because i saw no point in wasting a real chocolate just to make a wonka bar so we cut a few pieces to chocolate size and wrapped them , sadly because of how they were made we couldnt hide the tickets in em , the wrappers didnt fit for some odd reason
I think the war needs to stop between the movies, there is the book accurate and the iconic gene wilder, I like them both the same and you can tell they both put there all into being what they imagine wonka ass, I think the original does capture willy wonka better but thats not hating on Johny Depp
I can't seem to open the PDF. Adobe Acrobat Reader doesn't recognize it and no other program on my computer is able to open it. Do you have any suggestions? TIA EDITED TO ADD: I got the problem all worked out! I simply re-downloaded the file after downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader and it worked just fine. Thank you so much! :)
Hi, thank you so much for your help so far. I realized that I need a label to fit a bar dimensions 9.11 x 5.41 (inches) depth is .55- I can't resize yours due to software incompatibility- is it possible for you to resize the whipple 2005 label for me? Also do you think that the golden ticket for this project should be bigger? If so, could you resize the golden ticket white front and back proportionality for a pdf? I can pay you for the project-
Hi Seth, I have made these for you: unpossible.co.nz/d/Big.zip You will need to print the wrapper on A3 paper as it will be too large for regular paper, but the Golden Ticket File is made for standard A4 paper.
Realistically there is no easy way to customize them without some Photoshop skills. The files are all included, but you would need to find someone with the software to make the changes you need.
@@j4g0rex I have bought similar bars with different wrappers from Kmart and other similar shops locally, so they should be easy to find, just look for something about 19x9cm 190g and foil wrapped. If you find one in your country, let me know and I will add it to the description.
Hey I found the font used for the German Nutty Crunch Surprise Bar that Augustus Gloop found his ticket in. In case you're interested. Think you could do the vintage Tim Burton ones as well?
The font would be great thanks. Now, I don't know the Tim Burton film as well as I know the 70's one, where does the vintage bar appear? I might need to do that one too to get a complete set haha.
Magic mate thanks for taking the time to make these files available, my dad worked on the film and I've been trying to get some memorabilia from it but this is a great option for something fun to display.
Hi again, I was wondering if perhaps you could correct the back of the white golden ticket from 2005- there is a typo- Imagination is not spelled correctly? I need it in customizable and a pdf. I can not do this myself- I have tried.
Thank you for pointing out my typo! I have corrected it now and uploaded it over the previous file. If you need to customise it, the Photoshop files are included, but the PDF is not customisable as the ticket back is an image, not text. Let me know if you need any help.
They are PDF files, so you can open them on a Mac or PC easily, if you don't have a PDF reader already, download Adobe Acrobat Reader. You cannot customise these ones as the main logo is a complex graphic, not a text font like the old 1971 version in my other video. Those ones you can customise with photoshop, but sadly these ones you cannot.
It looks perfect on the oitside but the inside my inner child is screaming. The golden tocket was printed on gold foil paper not boring g9ld colored paper, and the tocket wasnt wrapped around the wrspped bar, it was inside the wrepper. Of course im todays world i can pet the last one go but the golden tivket yas to be on gold foil. The wrapper is on pount though!
I address your second point at 2:58 in the video. I'm not aware of any way to print on gold foil at home, so without an offset printing press available, gold paper is as close as the average person can get. If your inner child knows a better way, let me know!
Wonka had four flavours of Wonka chocolate bars, including Chilly Chocolate Creme, Nutty Crunch Surprise, Triple Dazzle Caramel and Whipple-Scrumptious Fudgemallow Delight.
If I have to duplicate and start from scratch, how did you create the wrapper? For a project I may have to do this myself- although I hope I can use yours! I don't have photoshop and I have a mac
The brand I used is ‘Countdown’ (the home brand for our local supermarket. In Australia they call the same brand of supermarket ‘Woolworths’. It’s a very generic bar, I’ve seen the identical bar with a different name on it in Kmart.

Only to make it look commercially printed rather than home printed, but it’s subtle.
