I’ve been watching a lot of your videos, but I can’t find a video about you and your journey. I’m very interested because I’m one of your videos from a few years ago I believe said on your slowest day you were moving 200 pizzas on a busy day 500.

Try lowering the ISO next time. That should fix the white wash out.
Although most "auto" modes should also fix it.
But for sure a little lower on the ISO should do it.
If he unplugs the fire stick it will come back. Kill the power to the firestick. Then plug it back in. Don't factory reset.
