I don’t have a ps5 and neither I’m planning on to buy any but in my opinion buying a slightly older device is always a best option why because you can get everything related to that say it’s an accessory ( like case, bag, storage) or software or even support and not to mention the reviews of the people online who have already used it for a while. I’m not just saying about ps5 but every other technology like mobile phones etc. if I had to purchase then I will definitely go for a older ps5. Mate what do you mean buy future proof here, it’s not like that older ps5 won’t play any future games it’s just what a company does oftentimes so that they can concentrate on the latest ones.

@@Mike-wz2ve people who have the old version need to upgrade , but now people who r going to a buy a new ps5 should buy the slim version due to the storage as well as cd drive can b attached later , size is also smaller , better resale value

If i am buying a PS5 i would buy it with a CD drive & i would keep it attached why would i attach it later? 2) 660 Gb of usable space on the older PS5 is enough for me to play 8-10 games why would i need more? If i do i'll buy a SSD which could cost me lesser than investing in ps5 slim..
3) i am getting the older ps5 with a stand in the box 10-12 k cheaper, the resale value would obviously be lesser but inturn i am paying less isn't it? plus there's visibly no improvement in the performance with the slim...
4) size may matter to some but honestly i am not carrying my ps5 anywhere it'll be lying under my TV...🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️so i am not able to convince myself to go for the slim version..

Regarding attaching the cd drive Ts for people with less tight budget . Ps5 slim will be priced 47k inr max for digital it won’t be 55k etc like mentioned in the video those rates are for the disc variant or international rates, for india they won’t increase rates a lot max to max 3 to 4K increase.
The rate I predicted was for PS5 Disc not Digital. Still can’t say anything without official announcement.
No matter which is best i don't have any of them consoles nor i have money to buy them but soon i will collect all the ps released till now with there games soon
