Shooketh to the core -- what an incredible song/production! What other songs by Falling In Reverse should I analyze? Also, my camera gets out of focus at 3:50, but it comes back into focus at 5:45 :]
"The Drug In Me Is Reimagined" (Remake of "The Drug In Me Is You") and "I Am Not A Vampire (Revamped)" (Remake of "I Am Not A Vampire") would be amazing reactions. Shows another side of Ronnie's vocals and his range. Bonus if you do the old/original version first and then the new one in one video. At least watch/listen to the originals before you do the new versions if you don't wanna make a too long video :)
Both versions of I'm not a vampire and the drug in me is you. You need to understand how talented Ronnie Radke is vocally. Also Popular monster, Zombified is also great. I found FIR a month or 2 ago and made a playlist for when I need to power through more at work. High energy and output.
Since you have a background in classical I HIGHLY recommend “The drug in me is reimagined” and “I’m not a vampire (revamped)” Ronnie is an incredible artist and you won’t be disappointed.
Unfortunately ronnie likes focusing on lyrics and the meaning behind them instead of detailed musical breakdown. So, probably he would be tired of this wonderful analysis.
I seriously watch every single reaction to this video just to watch everyone at the end. That reaction never gets old. 😂. Falling in Reverse (Ronnie Radke) is amazing and definitely should be on your gym playlist.
Lol, my jaw dropped and my eyes bugged out in sync with Peter's, it was hilarious. Yeah, crazy ending! Amazing song and video, and excellent analysis and reaction 😀.
I really hope you dive more into falling in reverse! To me ronnie(lead singer) is the most underrated singer in music. You would really enjoy I’m not a vampire revamped and the drug in me is you reimagined. He basically created a rock opra where he really shows off his vocal talent, also the music videos with it never disappoints
I don’t know if you’ve seen this, but The Charismatic Voice UA-cam channel did the vocal cord scope with death core vocalist, Will Ramos (frontman of Lorna Shore). He did the harsh vocals while scoped so we could see what it actually looks like when he performs. Even if it’s not a reaction video (the video itself is almost an hour), I think you would really enjoy it! The doctors were saying how they wouldn’t know that Will did such intense vocals if he didn’t do it in front of them. Everything was so healthy 😊 I think there’s definitely a safe way to do it if you warm up properly and use the correct technique.
I'm an aspiring metal vocalist, and I can attest that those gritty belts are much, much harder to perform well without hurting yourself, and they're also much more dangerous than even straight up death metal vocals. The control you have to have to balance the grit and your true vocal folds without slipping up and leaning too much into the grit and damaging your voice. Ronnie Radke is a phenomenal vocalist, regardless of what people feel about him
Ronnie Radke really is a master of his craft. He comes up with the lyrics, the guitar rifts, drum beat, the lot with the help of producers like Tyler Smyth etc. There are very few artists that are capable of making songs like this & he deserves a hell of a lot more praise than he actually gets
2 things: 1) 1000% a new sub to your page. I love your analysis so much, man. So much stuff that I didn’t know. 2) I can’t WAIT to see Ronnie react to this video. He’s so good with music and producing and I feel like he’s going to dig your take so much! So well done my man!
Voices in my head, popular monster, I'm not a vampire and I'm not a vampire re imagined, they also did a gangsters paradise cover which Is awesome!!!! Glad to see you have started your journey down the rabbit hole.
With your electronic production background, you should definitely check out their trilogy. All 3 are heavier on the electronic side, but still have bus of other genres mixed in there. They go together to tell a story, so do them in order for context. First is Losing My Mind, then Losing My Life, then Drugs. The videos are amazing as well. Great breakdown!
I saw the length of the video and got excited. lol...LOVE your breakdowns. And the 33 minutes went by really fast. I will second, third, fourth, tenth the suggestions of Zombified, The Drug in Me is Reimagined, I'm Not a Vampire Revamped and Voices in My Head. Looking forward to more FIR reactions!
As a bass singer in training and an AVID dubstep fan, I absolutely love your content. When I saw you did a review on this video I had to watch. Thank you for your great content.
This is one if the best reactions I've heard to this song. The way you broke down everything was amazing. This video was really fun to watch. Keep up the great content!!
I've seen dozens of reviews/reactions to this track, but none come close to yours. You sir, are an expert and your analysis is second to none. Thank you so much for educating and enlightening me. You more than earned my subscription.
I just have to add my vote for I'm Not A Vampire (Revamped). Being familiar with the original is not necessary but I think it does add to the overall reaction. Some people will do them back to back. I would say either do both or just the Revamped version. The original is fun but mostly just adds context for the second. You will be highly impressed with the Revamped version, I guarantee it. After I'm Not A Vampire (Revamped), I would recommend Zombified and Voices In My Head.
You, picking apart the song, showed me things that I would never have picked up. You ought to be a teacher! Lolol Is this analytical breakdown something you teach in your classes? If so, they are in for a treat. 👏 👏
When I first started watching, I saw that it was 30 minutes long and thought to myself, there's no way I'm watching that. But I did... Your explanations are great and insights are entertaining! Keep it up!
you should definitely check out more of Falling In Reverse they have some amazing songs, in particular there reimagined versions of older songs they did are amazing
You were able to add language to the feelings I had while listening to this. I never knew how to word what it was I loved about this song till now. Definitely sticking around for future vids as this was awesome
I just love genre fusion/crossovers!! Wicked to see you loving on these guys too 🤘 I've been following Ronnie's vocals for 17 years and he still manages to blow my mind!
I gotta admit, knowing this song before you video, I wasn't sure how your classical vocal training was going to react to this, but thank you for the reminder of your multi-faceted talents with your EDM/Dubstep production side :) Great reaction as always, Peter! I can't wait for Bass Gang to meet in the summer, and to see what shenanigans you guys show us from that time together!
There is a live festival version of this that came out about 3 months ago that you might enjoy watching. It’s actually even better, which has got to say something for his vocals.
This man had chills before the first cadence change, and I simply thought “whelp, this dudes gonna be dead before the video ends 🤣🤣”. Awesome reaction man, first time watcher!
I love reactions to this song - espacially from people I also like that are not in this scene and don't know Ronnie/Falling In Reverse well. Well done, amazing analysis and entertaining reactions
Whew.... 🤔 Well, listening to you explain & interpret vocal techniques & layered elements & "techy sound stuff" was fun, as always, & I learned a lot-thanks for sharing your knowledge! I really enjoyed several parts of the song & the video was visually lush, so I'm glad I was introduced to a new-to-me artist too. Most of all, I love how you just *shine* with enthusiasm & excitement while you're listening & figuring things out, unafraid to let us see you chair-dancing or making faces or generally having a great time. You make me see the energy & beauty in music that I'd ordinarily reject without a 2nd thought. Thanks again for that!! 🤓
Yes!!! I definitely need your reaction and analysis of Falling In Reverse. Your videos are always interesting and informative, look forward to the next one 👍❤
Your reaction was priceless! If you haven't already, I recommend checking out the live version of this song, and the Revamped version of I'm Not a Vampire. I would love to see your analysis of those 2 and think you would enjoy them as well.
I ALSO as others have said, recommend watching Falling in Reverse “ The drug in me is you REIMAGINED”, and “I’m not a vampire REVAMPED”. They remade their own rock songs into orchestral ballads. They are both fan-fucking-tastic. You will thank us for recommending those songs lol.
There’s a live clip of FIR performing this song and the lower part of the end vocals ‘The fear is what keeps you alive’, Ronnie performs in more of an operatic style. Highly recommend checking that out.
Just started watching and already enjoying you bringing out the audio engineering side! Edit: As always, I enjoyed your analysis of the song and techniques used. I see the suggestions in the other comments so I won’t add to your ever growing list. =}
Big fan of Falling in Reverse. Great analysis....found you and followed you bc of VoicePlay (my absolute favorites) but definitely would keep coming back for more of this type of content!
Peter that DubStep track of yours reminds me so much of the late 90’s early 00’s rave scene… also Ronnie has basically created his own genre at this point he’s incredible
I like your explanation of how the vocal cords work during the different stages of the song. Like some others have mentioned you should definitely fall back into the rabbit hole that is Falling In Reverse. I would love to see you do a reaction to In This Moment, one of their most popular song's is Whore, tell me what you think of Maria Brinks voice skills!
I love how the video starts with an unaliving bomber, but the discretion warning is for the "end" of the video. xD Good job society, way to have your priorities in order. 👍
Well, Hells Bells! That was interesting! As far as a learning experience it was great! But I feel like I just finished being exposed to my nephew's music list. I did enjoy the cinematic experience. I think I will stick with Aerosmith and Black Sabbath for now. I am interested in learning more about dubstep stuff though. I will pass this on to my nephews I think they would appreciate your breakdown and explanation of their kind of music.
Please do more Falling in reverse!!! And Bad Omens and more Sleep Token !!! You would not regret, all three of them have the most incredible voices! Please!❤
Not even 10 seconds in you are already like OOOOOOOO, I love it! I never grow tired of your impressive knowledge. WOWWWWWWWWW- when he hits that drop. Great reaction video! First time listener of your channel. I loved how you broke down elements in the music and Ronnie’s voice. I think you would really like their song “I’m Not A Vampire Revamped”. It’s a completely different side of Ronnie. It’s one of my favorites. With you being in opera, I think you will appreciate this one.
Just saw your reaction to Last Resort and I think I mentioned that they just released a live of this song. Great reaction I found it very interesting.😊 I’m watching you react to Ronnie shooting lasers out of his eyes 😂😂 that was me the first time I saw it.

@@nereol9165 I was going to say the same thing.
"Zombiefied" and "I´m not a vampire" - constantly on my playlist.
Both versions of I'm not a vampire and the drug in me is you. You need to understand how talented Ronnie Radke is vocally.
Also Popular monster, Zombified is also great.

Yes!!!
agreed
Hell yeah
Definitely!!
YAAAAAAAS
I actually hope Ronnie Radke sees this because I think he would appreciate your breakdown A LOT
doubt he’d watch it during a stream, but it’s not unlikely he’d watch it during his own time.🙇🏼♀️
yeah no, he doesnt like when they pause a lot
He likes reaction not, an i qutoe ”skip this nerd shit”😂
I hope so too but I have a feeling he'll be impatient 😂
Unfortunately ronnie likes focusing on lyrics and the meaning behind them instead of detailed musical breakdown. So, probably he would be tired of this wonderful analysis.
you need to narrate audiobooks, seriously, your voice is amazing! Not only when you sing, when you talk. You're amazing
Another income! 💰
Thank god I’m not the only one 😂 literally every single one I can find lol
Same here
It makes me smile every time. 😆
Thought I was the only one, watching every reaction lol, glad there’s more out there 😂🤘🏼

Love Falling In Reverse! Ronnie is a fascinating artist. You should check out more of their stuff. I'd recommend I'm Not A Vampire Revamped ❤️
why does it make me cry tho? no respect for my feelings at all. lol
As a bass singer in training and an AVID dubstep fan, I absolutely love your content. When I saw you did a review on this video I had to watch. Thank you for your great content.
OOOOOOOF BIG SHOUTOUT TO BARELY ALIVE!!!!
This is one if the best reactions I've heard to this song. The way you broke down everything was amazing. This video was really fun to watch. Keep up the great content!!
I normally don't listen to this music, but I recognize good music "clap"
As a huge fan of solo beatboxing scene I like how Peter uses beatboxing to express musical ideas 😊
I subscribed purely because this is the only technical analysis that I have seen for the song while watching reaction videos. I love it, thank you.
I've seen dozens of reviews/reactions to this track, but none come close to yours. You sir, are an expert and your analysis is second to none. Thank you so much for educating and enlightening me. You more than earned my subscription.

I’ve been desperate for some more in depth musical analysis of this song. Thank you so much bro. Please keep the videos coming!
Thank you for helping me understand *why* I love the songs that I do!
check the charismatic voice, she is a operasinger, and took a realy fantastic growler to scoping while singing, it is fantastic and very instructive
NICE never thought you would react to this! so happy you did
They did this live and it is amazing. Ronnie is a beast.
When I first started watching, I saw that it was 30 minutes long and thought to myself, there's no way I'm watching that. But I did... Your explanations are great and insights are entertaining! Keep it up!
Never heard falling in reverse until this song. Wow. I'm a huge fan now.

I like listening to people that clearly have understanding of the technical side of things. Super interesting video!
I love such deep analysis like this. Thanks for all the interesting insights.
great analysis, very unique breakdown - awesome content!
You blow my mind just as well as Ronnie with your knowledge amd depth and own vocal talents!!
just as a bunch of people have already mentioned, “i’m not a vampire revamped” would be an AWESOME thing for you to analyze. crazy good stuff.
nice vocal snare, I beatbox myself so love hearing a good clean crisp snare like that
You were able to add language to the feelings I had while listening to this.
Also, 25:27 - 25:33 best facial expressions 😂

Great reaction as always, Peter! I can't wait for Bass Gang to meet in the summer, and to see what shenanigans you guys show us from that time together!
I just found out about this group last week and I’m hooked!!! I love them!! The voices in my head video is WILD!!!

Love this reaction of yours. That was really insightful regarding the production. Did not expect this.
Stumbled upon this reaction on my rabbit holes of FIR. But stayed for this guy’s voice and passion. Sir, respectfully, you are awesome. Take my sub!
Many thanks!
Absolutely loved this reaction. Appreciate your thoroughness!
Its not just a reaction. An outside full breakdown almost. I dig it! new fan!
So glad that I came across your channel! Love dubstep, and loved to hear your perspective!
I don’t know if I’ve ever learned more new stuff in a reaction than this. This was really fun, instant subscribe!
Great video Peter! I love your analysis and how you break down everything. Time to head down the rabbit hole and check out more of your videos!
This man had chills before the first cadence change, and I simply thought “whelp, this dudes gonna be dead before the video ends 🤣🤣”. Awesome reaction man, first time watcher!
You're amazing , dude😊

This is the best breakdown of the song I have seen. That said, this is all about the lyrics
really loved your perspective and knowledge of the production on this one, great review!
Yes!!! I definitely need your reaction and analysis of Falling In Reverse.
Your videos are always interesting and informative, look forward to the next one 👍❤
Man, that was a cool ass breakdown of the production side! Thanks for the insight! Subbed
I really enjoyed watching this video, loved every minute of it.
Best breakdown I have heard of this song
Your reaction was priceless! If you haven't already, I recommend checking out the live version of this song, and the Revamped version of I'm Not a Vampire. I would love to see your analysis of those 2 and think you would enjoy them as well.
It was a Great Analysis video
I enjoyed every minute of it and kept it up, sir.
Oh goodness! I love your reactions, especially to Geoff/Voiceplay, but never imagined you'd branch this far off to reach Ronnie as well. Yessss 😍

Wonderful reaction, once you described it, most of the time, I could hear it.
What an absolutely interesting and intriguing breakdown! Thank you so much for your amazing insight to this song! Keep being you brother! 👏🤙👌🔥❤️
Great analysis. More!
Just started watching and already enjoying you bringing out the audio engineering side!
Edit: As always, I enjoyed your analysis of the song and techniques used. I see the suggestions in the other comments so I won’t add to your ever growing list. =}
Big fan of Falling in Reverse. Great analysis....found you and followed you bc of VoicePlay (my absolute favorites) but definitely would keep coming back for more of this type of content!
Finally a really interesting react video with a great analysis
Honestly a GREAT breakdown dude.
New sud here, much love and appreciation from Kentucky ❤️🙏❤️
The best analysis to anything I’ve ever heard. Thank you mate
a friend requested that to me too not long ago. that song is a pretty wild ride
Really enjoyed your breakdown .. long but worth it!
Peter that DubStep track of yours reminds me so much of the late 90’s early 00’s rave scene… also Ronnie has basically created his own genre at this point he’s incredible
You need to react another video of this band
Falling in reverse - voices in my head
Really talented dude
I like your explanation of how the vocal cords work during the different stages of the song.
Like some others have mentioned you should definitely fall back into the rabbit hole that is Falling In Reverse.
I would love to see you do a reaction to In This Moment, one of their most popular song's is Whore, tell me what you think of Maria Brinks voice skills!
"that type of singing isn't very loud"
*Cue Alex Terrible unleashing some crazy growls with no mic on stage*
Came here looking for this comment.
Well I’ve never been this early before 😅 I’ve had this song on repeat since it came out. Awesome reaction and breakdown my dude!
epic breakdown of concepts!
all honesty peter being opera you should react to the live version it is simply amazing
Have you watched the live video of this song yet!? It's even better than the music video!! Love the ending of the live version!!!
Greetings from Norway ❤
Great band, love how they play around creating spectacular music. Artistry at it best. Highly recommend "I'm not a vampire revamped".
I love how the video starts with an unaliving bomber, but the discretion warning is for the "end" of the video. xD Good job society, way to have your priorities in order. 👍
I enjoyed your class thank you
I know Ronnie produces all his own music.
❤
Well, Hells Bells! That was interesting! As far as a learning experience it was great! But I feel like I just finished being exposed to my nephew's music list. I did enjoy the cinematic experience. I think I will stick with Aerosmith and Black Sabbath for now. I am interested in learning more about dubstep stuff though. I will pass this on to my nephews I think they would appreciate your breakdown and explanation of their kind of music.
Please do more Falling in reverse!!!
And Bad Omens and more Sleep Token !!! You would not regret, all three of them have the most incredible voices! Please!❤
would love a reaction of this song live. Will hear their bass player then also singing
This video was so fun!
Great analysis. Puts other producer/vocal analysis channels to shame
Not even 10 seconds in you are already like OOOOOOOO, I love it!
I never grow tired of your impressive knowledge.
WOWWWWWWWWW- when he hits that drop.
I def love this, has such an awesome beat throughout! He sounds a lot like Tom MacDonald to me with his rapping style until he hits that drum section...Mind blown! It went from electronic rap to metal/heavy-I am totally loving this.
I was curious what could have been deemed "disturbing".......enter priest on fire! and laser eyes - LOL-Your reaction omg lol
Loved reaction, subscribed 😃
It's his bassist underneath him not a changed version of his voice. When they did this live recently you could see him singing too.
If you haven't checked out I'm not a vampire and I'm not a vampire revamped it's awesome!
Great reaction I found it very interesting.😊
I’m watching you react to Ronnie shooting lasers out of his eyes 😂😂 that was me the first time I saw it.
yo man, im in for 5 mins but ure already doing stuff. awesome
Great analysis with this great song!
