Ok...this is real easy to prove. Get Fred and have one random guy from audience attack Fred with a ruber knife, magic marker etc. No set up, no "come at me at this angle BS". Just a random guy and Fred. I'm guessing we won't see that video. Btw...Fred's knife slash works because action beats reaction and the distance is always carefully chosen by Fred. Not saying Fred isn't skilled, I am only saying, he instills a false sense of security and is teaching a set of un realistic, pre programmed responses, when he should be teaching mindset/principles. Techniques get you killed, principles keep you alive.

The system is a total joke and only used for money making. There's not a single technique used in MMA.
