වෙනස්ම විදියට වෙනස්ම රසයකින් simple chicken gravy එකක් හදන්න කැමතිද? හරිම ලේසියෙන් මේ curry එක හදලා ඕනෑම දෙයක් එක්ක කන්න පුළුවන්. මේ chicken gravy එක ඔයා එක පාරක් හැදුවොත් හැමදාම හදන්න හිතෙයි. 👌👌

Turmeric powder 1/4 tspn
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1 tspn
Green chillies 2
Ginger and garlic 1 tbsp
Yogurt or curd 3 tbsp with 2 tbsp water
Oil 3 tbsp
Cloves 5-6
Cinnamon
Cardamom 2-3
Big onion 1
Tomato 1
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Curry powder 1 tspn
Curry leaves (optional )
Water 200ml
Thick coconut milk 3 tbsp
චිකන් 300g
කහ කුඩු තේ හැදි 1/4
ලුණු රස අනුව
ගම්මිරිස් කුඩු තේ හැදි 1
අමු මිරිස් කරල් 2
තලා ගත් ඉඟුරු සුදු ළුෑණු මේස හැදි 1
යෝගට් /මුදවපු කිරි මේස හැදි 3 ක් වතුර මේස හැදි 2 සමඟ දිය කර
තෙල් මේස හැදි 3
කරාබු නැටි 5 -6
කුරුඳු කෑලි ටිකක්
එනසාල් ඇට 3
රට ළුෑණු ගෙඩි 1
තක්කාලි ගෙඩි 1
මිරිස් කුඩු මේස හැදි 1
තුන පහ කුඩු තේ හැදි 1
කරපිංචා අවශ්‍ය නම්
වතුර 200ml
උකු පොල් කිරි මේස හැදි 3
