can you please tell me how long will be the gap between the receipt of spouse visa interview date invitation and the actual interview date. Do we get enough time to take medical? Is it possible to carry only the copy's of the documents submitted to national visa centre by my wife there whos applied for my visa? or do we need to carry the original documents for interview? Where will be the biometric center? NVC informed me the interview will be at Mumbai and iam waiting for the date... please clarify my doubts.. thank you both for this informative video!!!

Incase H1B employer jolil ninnu layoff cheythal, you get 60 days to find a new employer who can file your H1B visa. H1B visa ulla timeil you can also apply for green card and adjustment of status if you are eligible. Anganeya njan apply cheythe... while I had a valid H1B visa , Nishy applied green card for me.

Hi I’m a recent immigrant and I’m a btech graduate from India. I found it really hard to get a job here. Is it necessary that I should go for masters or can I end up in a good job with btech itself? I don’t have any work experience btw
Hello Kevin, Congratulations on being able to come to USA. Getting a job without job experience in a competitive market like US is difficult especially because of the amount of skilled resources avaialble here. What could help you is to have something that makes you stand out in the crowd. This could be vendor certifications like CNNA, CCNP, or CCIE. Theses are certifications I personally hold and are applicable to IT infrastructure managment. Other certifications I recommend are from Microsoft and VMware. Doing a masters is deinitely advantageous for your career in the long run but unless you do it from a reputable college that can offer you campus placements, it wouldnt be of much use for getting you a job without any work experience. I would suggest you get these certifications and try to get into an established IT consulting company that can help you get through the door for larger corporations like the Apples, Amazons and Microsofts. I personally worked as a consultant for an energy company for almost 5 years before I was offered the job of a full time employee.
Again these are my personal opnions from my experience here and are not necessarily to the t. Good luck with your job search and hope this help you in some way. Thanks for watching our videos :).
