Hey guys! Used your services in the past and was very pleased. Any idea on how to solve the back button inputs to stop sticking? I am on my second pair and from time to time the back button input stays stuck or doesn't respond untill you spam press the original input on the front facing buttons to 'unstuck' the back buttons.
Hey, if you didn’t know yet, the creator of the ds4 calibration tool managed to make one for the ds5 as well. You also do not have to go through all of the driver stuff like before, there is a website that he made that does it through a gui with the normal driver
I use it myself and can confirm that it works really good!
Yesterday i fixed one, the same fps version, but i changed only one potentiometer, others i cleaned, and it's like new 😁 I waiting for Scuf Instinct - your video and info about calibrating in the Xbox app (will it work for you, i think it will not).
Xbox Accessories app is hit and miss. Seems to only work consitantly with Design Labs controllers.
Hi can you tell me how much degrees you used to remove the old switch from the flex cable? I am a little afraid to burn the flex cable

Kinda wondering if the person that replaced the right stick may have done a hot swap (and failed miserably). Might explain why it was crooked.
You know, I think you're right. I would never recommend hot dropping analog modules for this reason!.
What exactly did you do at 17:44? How did you calibrate the stick?

Thumbnail is Xbox but this is another Ps5 scuf lol scuf is terrible at picking micro switches, always the same smashed button problems for going with the lowest bulk price. If AIM can do it right scuf should too.
Thanks I've sorted it. I selected the wrong thumbnail. Goes to show SCUF are consistent in the failures! lol. TBH AIM still have the same issues, sick drift and rear paddle issues we see alot of AIM over the healing bench!
