I have been getting a lot of dreams in the past few days which caused a lot of restless nights and despite sleeping for 9-10 hours, I was feeling sleepy. Yesterday night I was awake till 4 doing some lazy work and found you while I was scrolling before sleep. I saw a few shorts and felt so relaxed I couldn't believe myself. I saw this for 7 minutes and felt so so sleepy. Today I woke up at 10:30 but I had the deepest sleep I remember in a long time. I don't remember any dreams today and I even drooled a little showing just how relaxed and deep in sleep I was. Even 6 hours was enough to feel energetic for me. Thanks Matt!
