If memory serves me well you had knee stem cell therapy months ago. I notice you dancing in this video. Does that mean that the stem cell therapy has been beneficial?
Ja, here is my take on the situation and lately I have been to a friend who is a sports medicine doctor, had an MRI and discussed thoroughly with him. We both agree. About two years ago I began noticing old age knee problems just walking. I began heavy workouts in the gym on my legs but still had issues. I began taking NMN in about April of 2019 and scheduled stem cell treatment for September of 2019 in China. By August 15th, all the pain had disappeared, but not knowing why, I went to China anyway. The stem cells would take at least 6 months to grow and by April of 2020, 6 months later, the gyms all closed. By that time I was almost running up 1900 stairs in 17 minutes and that particular exercise had caused a new chronic pain in the other side of one knee. I was working out too hard. My lungs and heart would do it but my knees and the surrounding connecting tissues would not. By June 15th 2020 with three months of rest but still on the NMN, my knee was and still is completely recovered. Still it is a 65 year old knee and can not take severe pounding from sprinting, jumping, or very fast stair climbing. So in conclusion, I don't want to say that stem cells don't work, but it is my opinion that all the good that has happened to my knee is due to the NMN I was taking. My energy in the gym was greatly increased. I was doing 8 minute hand stands and 1000 pushups/day a few months ago. NMN can be expensive from Amazon so I have a bulk supplier in China and make my own pills from empty casings 100 at a time. In any event, most longevity or health improvements for seniors are going to cost money. TRT, etc. It is my belief that longevity can be greatly increased by using this product for those who wish to push the boundaries. The energy it gives you will enable you to greatly increase strength and ward off things like Corona. I have given some NMN to 40 year old engineers who were sedentary and they noticed no difference because they didn't exercise and therefore had no measuring stick.
@@martinsinclair55 Thank you very much for a detailed and useful summary. It rings a bell for me. I've got the right mental attitude and pretty good strength for a 70 year old, but the joints seem to be wearing out. I would still like to jog a 5k several times a week, but I've cut it down to walking, hiking, and just 4 high intensity sprints once a week. With coronavirus present I will not be in a weight room for probably another year. So, my most of my endurance and high intensity exercise is with swimming these days. It's a lot easier on the joints. The NMN I started 6 months ago. Like you, I figure it's only money and I can't take it with me. So, maybe it will help. There's not much else I can spend it on these days anyway because there's no place I can go except to walk, hike, or swim! LOL!
@@jaor727 If you decide you want it in bulk let me know and I'll give you my contact details. I have friends who are interested in this and they are more than willing to buy 1/2 a kilo if I order 1 kg so my shelf life isn't so long at 1 gram/day. 2 years in the fridge is about the max you want to see. Roughly $.80/day. I have found the stairs best for my heart and lungs and squats and leg curls great for leg muscles.
@@jaor727 I just ordered a kilo a month ago and just kept 250 gms for myself. That's 250 days. In addition I have another two full bottles so I have enough for a year but if u like next next when I order you can share part of a kilo. I'll get it sent to Canada
How are ya, martin sinclair. this is fairly enigmatic video. thank. :)
Had to look that word up
