Thanks Dr kibicho, and Kamau, DAKTARI you are the reason I do not joke with my children's education, no one can take it away, plus now the Grace of God❤
Customer service in Kenya is the worst in the world. Go to a hotel, m-pesa, bank, some shops, the owners or the service people, just stare at you; no greetings or welcome. Exceptional of very few places. In Kenya, customers are treated as if the people they go to take business to, are doing them a favor. It’s like a “favor” for an m-pesa agent, or a shopkeeper is doing to you, and you are bringing him/her money. Very bad attitude one can’t experience in the civilized nations, where customer service is friendly, warm, and courteous.
This show has really contributed to the growth of my side hustle, its very insightful plus the comical Dr. is not a boring teacher
