This is one of the most powerful sermons I've heard on marriage in this day and age. Many pastors cover up n preach to suit the congregation but Pastor Jenkins opened up the can and let out the worms.

the message is very powerful and i loved every aspect of it. But rather than saying God covered our sins thats not what happened. When something is covered it means its still there and its being protected; and that was what the animal blood did. It covered our sins and God knew that that blood wasn't good enough and HE also knew that the blood wouldn't last, hence why HE had to come to the earth and died for our sins so we can be saved. JESUS death didn't Cover our sins but rather HIS death TOOK AWAY our sins.

One thing I've noticed with Pastor Jenkins and a few others. If you look at his sermons from 5 years ago, they were an hour. Now they're about 30 minutes. Why are messages getting shorter? He must be getting push back from the congregation that the sermon is too long.
Or maybe he just realized that you don't always need more words to articulate. If you can see it in less words and it still be profound, it becomes more profound.
I'm a member of FBCG and the difference is depending on which service is uploaded. The 12pm service sermons are longer bc there is no service right after it. However the 8am and 10am have a service that begins right after it.
