This is great!! Thanks for this most useful demonstration! I don't think there is anything more challenging than corner transitions in grand allegro and likely to make or break the entire combination. Here are some other moves
I'd also like to see: failli-assemble (or sissone-failli-assemble) and a petite allegro containing emboite-assemble-jete.

Great, thanks for the feedback and for the additional video requests! All definitely complicated moves to work on but so fun once you get them!

I'm jealous that there is a ballet school just for adults! I started as an adult at 25 in classes with middle schoolers. I'm not complaining! I just see what a blessing your school is!!! Do you also have advanced classes as well? Do you do recitals or show cases? Pointe? Sorry for my bombardment of questions!

I'm so glad you stumbled upon our channel and also that you've started ballet as an adult! That's so exciting!!
I'm sad to report, though, that our Denver studios did not survive COVID and we've had to close them permanently in June. We did do our first recital last fall, and it was incredible! We had 10 levels of classes, including advanced classes that helped dancers learn fouettes and all that good stuff. It was indeed a wonderful 3 years with all of our lovely dancers!!
The silver lining, though, is that we now teach ballet online to adults all over the world, including helping them get onto pointe for the first time and learning variations to learn at home! brocheonline.com/
Out of the challenging times can also come good things! Happy dancing!! :)

@@BrocheBallet I'm so sorry to hear that! Sounds like an amazing feat what you were able to accomplish either way! Good luck and thank you for teaching adults!

@@marthamurray4732 thank you! It was a lovely community and a beautiful endeavor! The adult ballet revolution isn’t going anywhere, though, and we’re happy to keep going online for now! 👏

@julietheballerina can you explain how you beat the legs? Do you bring the front leg back to beat the back, so only jump straight up with the standing foot and use the front foot to beat where the standing was. So like doing 5th in the air but only jumping off from the back foot and using the front to assemble the 5th position. Is that right?

Very useful - especially those who are learning the VIRAL TIKTOK allegro enchainement by former Berlin Ballet ballet master Tomas Karlborg! It appears 3 TIMES IN IT!
