Hello. I have a cimbali junior 1995 version. It delivers coffee straight dark, without any bubble or creamy texture/consistency. It serves like an instant coffee. Or like filter coffee. What do you think is the problem? I know that it's a pretty old machine. But it still works perfect. I only have this texture/consistancy problem. Thank you.

Our M21 junior is not heating, where can I find the parts to replace, or the help to give me direction on how to fix it?
First, use a multimeter to check for voltage going to the heating element.
