DOOM | Plutonia MIDI Pack - Tomb of the Unknown Soldier [Cover By DAR] - MAP13

After the "rush" of last map/cover, its time to calm down a little and cruise & groove to the riff and rhythm of Map13's theme!
Also, cheers to Cammy, Mr. Freeze, and Jimmy for giving this track an official name a couple of years back (as this used to be just "untitled").
I stuck closely with the original, for the most part.
I mainly changed up the drums ever so slightly, and also added a couple of harmonic bits here and there.
In my usual style, I also added some new leads for the last chorus. Nothing too fancy or flashy, as I didn't want these new leads to mess with the vibe of the original track.
I actually got this one all recorded and done pretty fast. It only took this long since I was making a special Doom cover that'll be coming out here later on July 31st! Long time fans of the channel and of TNT Evilution are sure to get a kick out of that one when it releases. But yeah, that's why this cover took a little bit to get to.

Fun fact, original midi is based off Fell on Black Days by Soundgarden. When I heard it in game I thought "wait a minute this sounds so much like in Doom 1" even though I never even heard Fell on Black Days

A rockin' version of Legion of the Lost _will_ happen one of these days. That said though, the surprise cover is gonna be one of the other popular tracks from TNT. It certainly has me looking forward to the day that the TNT marathon gets the redux treatment, that's for sure!
