It may not have revolutionary animation It may have tons of unnecessary fanservice The plot might seem simple and full of cliches But suddenly feels hit you like a truck and you get goosebumps all over your body And that ladies and gentleman is an exact reason why we still watch anime It's just... magic
The plot miught not be super great but it's nice, the anime/manga has interesting characters and a lot of different ones, and also in which concerns the food they cook here it's quite accurate with some real dishes. Appearance and igredients and such. That's what i like about it, the mangaka did his homework with the dishes.
Actually this is not really my genre but I have to admit that Food Wars brought me to a different dimension of being an anime lover. I love watching every episode of this and it somehow it leaves a striking effect into my life.
