I don't pay much for an engine that is stuck, they are often plenty of work.

I have the same scooter that runs decent. The kymco 8 is titled but the frame is shot from rust, being up north. I guess the guy was riding it in the snow lol. I would part it out dude, some good money in parts. Im looking for the kymco 8 2.T 50.cc. Nice find my friend 🎬🛵👍
