Обожаю Турецкую кухню, не ту , что в отелях 5* А именно в городах и сёлах , очень жаль, что туристы проживающие в отелях не могут насладиться настоящим: суберек, пиде, лахмаджун, шиш- кебаб, екмек балык, пахлава, ........... Еда в Турции это искусство.

Турецкие сладости это , что-то сказочное неповторимое. Пахлава от Хафез Мустафа супер!!!Даже самая простая тыква в сиропе с каймаком произведение искусств.
