- Reviewing the KBS MBF-010 bread maker. Over all a solid machine that was at a great price compared to a lot of the models out there.
I appreciate every view.
I have uploaded several instances of me using the machine. Both with measuring fails and successes.
To cancel the bread selection hold down the start/stop/pause button until you hear a beep.

The door on my KBS was doing the same thing. I just tightened the hinge screw and it fixed the problem completely

you should drive home that the bowl is ceramic. not coated with a teflon product
should the control panel screen light go off whilst baking?
Can you tell me what surface finish the paddle is? It is also ceramic, or is it plastic or teflon?
How do you keep the display light on so you know where it is during the process
Hello Donovan. Great review. I just received my KBS 011 bread maker and will use it today for the first time. I just watched your great video and I have one question for you. I noticed you turned the machine on for demo purposes but how is it you turned it off, as I read in their brief manual that once a cycle starts you cannot stop it, or am I wrong? If I should make an error in my selections can I cancel. Thank you so much for any input you have on this. Will be doing the burn test first as they suggested to burn off smoke etc. Thanks again. Hi Claudia. You can cancel your selection by holding down the start/stop/pause button for several seconds until you hear the beep. Hope that helps.

In the UK it's known as the Tower bread machine. Overpriced
My door is fine, but would be nice to be able to toggle the illumination panel ON to see where it is in the baking process, but my manual doesn't seem to discuss that beyond initial set points. Panel stays dark after it begins the process..(like yours did) I'm afraid to hit any button when it's baking to test if it can be illuminated.....
I didn’t notice the door rubbing until I watched this video 😂 You can tap the menu button to see where it’s at in the cycle
How do you know when to remove paddle?

I have tried twice to make gluten free bread and it has been a total disaster 🤦♀️🤦♀️
How can I use the timer delay function? Can you help?
Can you mix in a stand mixer and omit the mixing blade on this machine so you don’t have an air gap in your loaf?
that little hole is very shallow. but if you. have a mixer to mix your bread, why bother with the machine?
So how fast is it
Can you look at the bottom sticker to see what’s the voltage? Is it 110V only or it’s 110-240V? Thanks!

I still haven't tried to use it, but mine does fit. Have you tried calling/emailing their support to see what they say?
