Artists can still have creative control, but get feedback from their fanbases. Some artists are out of touch on what their fans want. Some artists are extremely talented, but don’t have the best awareness when it comes to selecting beats that work well with their style. I like your idea though, giving people a stake in the project makes them feel more involved with the artist.
