@firstnamelastname3142 i had the same issue but i think it's an internet speed issue, i used 4g (which is so bad in my region around 2mbps) and didnt work always saying cant import the design, then used a stable internet (at 12mbps) and it worked in an instant on the same page, managed to get the code for components
As someone who has made several websites with different tools like Next.Js, Framer, and Webflow. I used low code tools because although I can code I find myself slowing down by coding UI. This is literally the best of all worlds. Builder allows me to focus on design without having to compromise on functionality that low-code tools bring. Amazing tools guys, keep it up!
I have never seen anyone this happy and glowing from the inside as this guy is. Awesome, I could not watch this video without a big smile on my own face (and yeah, perhaps also a little awe because of how much easier this is going to make stuff for me now). THIS is how our work should make us feel, people :)
Has anyone actually built I'd say complex web applications using tools like these...there are literally hundreds now...I feel like all the demos are marketing style sites, like this one is. I spent most of last Friday working with Locofy to build something, started at the page level which failed and then moved to component level. To be fair, it produced code that had the UI render perfectly, but the code was far too complicated and not reusable enough, that it didn't seem right to proceed. Anyway, I'm excited to try builder with typescript, NextJS and MUI and see if it fairs any better.
Okay, gave it a quick go and was a bit dissapointed...perhaps it's me. Tried to export a component but that's not supported yet, tried to export one instance of that component and the text was all off and a left edge border that should have been a few px, suddenly was like 30px, also chips were shrunk so that the text wrapped onto a new line.
I think these tools are very good for building stunning websites with not much complexity. The moment you start to add complexity you would need to roll up your sleeves and code. E.g. not sure if this tool can handle request like custom signup/signin page with NextAuth using jwt.
We are definitely still at the very first generation of these tools even starting to exist. They are just tech demos at this point but show a lot of promise. No code tools are great if you can do the whole thing as no code. As soon as you need custom functionality or try to maintain it you’re screwed. I think this stuff will not be used alongside traditional development. It will mostly sit around being useless until it suddenly replaces the need for manual development for wider and wider domains. But yeah I don’t see anyone excited to try and manually maintain computer generated code
This is exactly what people said about IaC Automation tools when agile workflows ran robust code on monorepo's, and when you compiled the code the whole team took a week off until it finished. And here we are. Wether it works(now or yet) it really irrelevant. in less than 2 years its gonna be a standard
Damn! A quick glance at your privacy policy shows that you're collecting A LOT of data! That's a bit too much plus the $24/month being the lowest tier. All of that for a product in beta only for web design??!
I need this in my life. Doing a lot with qwik js as you’ll see on this channel, how can I now learn all of what your tools can do? Do you have a zero to hero course?
I would love to see it becoming easier and more connected with tools like dalle3 etc. And also allowing for advanced projects with many real use cases.
Is there an AI that helps me build or draft browser extensions or mobile apps? Like let’s say I have an app I like (Spotify or coinbase) and I want to use that as a sample and improve upon the app or extension?
How does this interact with a already built codebase that already has many props and and components. does the AI take the whole application into account? sorry if you explained this earlier
After watching this i tried to hold myself from going bananaz...Went up to the IDE and started import & sync. And WWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!! 😎🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 This is the best any dev can get
I'm just curious how much you can scale this. If you app gets bigger and bigger there will be much more code because I doubt it is away for principles like don't repeat yourself or code reusability. It will run to bad performance quite quickly.
I imagine it won't be long until dry principles and sharing of code are baked into products like this. It's amazing what it can do already but scary at the same time
Watch on velocity.builder.io/ for the best experience and fastest access to the release!
Interesting but how can you really trust this or the coding? This takes away some security in my opinion 🤔
What does CICD look like if it's desired to have Argo or GitLab CICD situated before Publish?
Bro dropped the best feature in web dev and thought we wouldnt notice
Didn’t work for a basic page for me. Will wait till it’s a bit more mature

This is just brilliant. Congratulations on your launch, very impressive update.

What are you using now?
really....really.....amazing. You mark a new era. Thank you for all your effort and ingenuity.

Can feel this joy to 😂
This is absolutely astonishing! I love this!
It's crazy how much we can achieve within a span of a few years using this flow! No more centring div hard problem for front end devs...
Good point , but if there is any need for front-end devs anymore!!🤦♂️
@@mohammadkhakhsoor2068only junior frontend developers and below think that UI design is the only thing in frontend work.
@@mohammadkhakhsoor2068 i'd like to see how it manages state
No more frontend devs - you probably wanted to say, with these tools progressing at this speed, the frontend devs will become obsolete in no time
@@tomaspilny8320 yeah , i totally meant that , isn't that the truth??
Never heard of Builder until you popped up on my UA-cam. Looks awesome, will give it a try
Totally incredible!
Amazing, no words to describe my respect to your wonderful team
Holy cow that was incredible
Looks like next level DX. Can not wait to try it out!
Damn, can’t wait to try this!
Awesome work, damn
Awesome I like the way you implemented this❤
Looks great! What service do you use to push the remote updates to the user's local branch? Is it something public?
Mind blown🤯. More devs need to hear about this.
this video should reach millions of developers
Amazing and unbelievable 🤩😍😱
Broo, no wayyy!!! If that is really that goooood, it's a revolution!!!!
this is crazy! well done. this will change the industry.
Yeah. Just like dreamweaver did.
This is awesome..
Developer experience 🚀
amazing guys! this is going to help us a lot 👏👏👏🎉
Legendary product ❤

@@matthewbeardsley7004 That is why you need front end developer, we tried using these no-code tools, but it failed building complex UI components.

This is so cool. Will definitely check it out.
Bro woke up and chose to start a revolution. This is fire 🔥
Ok this is insanely cool actually. Gonna have to try this out

Thanks for the info 👍
Wow, this is incredible!

This is exactly what i needed
This is really impressive!
@builderio - what does this look like when working with a CICD workflow in the middle (just before publish)?
Can it generates editable design from the code base that previously generated from the AI ? That will be awesome,
WOW! This is amazing!
this is insane. Good job!!!!!! :)
Been dreaming of quite literally this for a very very long time. Bravo!
This is amazing!
This is revolutionary.
Food for thought! 🤔🤯
As a front end dev existence of this video is a danger for me and we should destroy it 😂
Mind blowing 🤯
This is amazing
It's amazing !
Awesome, I'm guessing you finetuned an open source model? I'm a bit lost regarding what to choose as a base but I wanted to look into that
this looks sick!
Awesome!! 🤯
Will you provide export to Flutter as well?
I am very interested in your software. Is there any support for generating react code?
I'm concern about semantic, customization, optimization, accessibility. What are its limitations?
This is awesome.
Yeah this will be my christmas project
This is nuts!
this is amazing, as a dev this is the first ai design tool i have seen that i might actually use and pay for
This is insane
Wow! Wow! Wow! Just a magic) hardcore)
I shared it to my friends, and will try it today. Hope will be same easy as in tutorial)
I would love to see it becoming easier and more connected with tools like dalle3 etc.
And also allowing for advanced projects with many real use cases.
I like your vision
Woot woot 🎉
Can this generate a backend for the dynamic site too?
Is there an AI that helps me build or draft browser extensions or mobile apps? Like let’s say I have an app I like (Spotify or coinbase) and I want to use that as a sample and improve upon the app or extension?
Very nice!!
We need a course for that. To master that!!!
This is amazing. Will it have HTMX support?
this is amazing
What about motions and design animations?
Great Innovation
Hi I wanted to ask, can it create forms?
❤❤ very cool thank your share 🎉
Does this work for react native as well?
Impressive stuff
I've seen the future! 💕
very impressive!

good question

And you can generate the good practice wcag and seo?
Fantastic 🎉
WOW Amazing 🤩🤩

Yooo wtf is this craaazy stuff
How did you get your codebase?
Wonderful
I wrote myself into the waitlist. Any experience how long it takes until I get access?^^
is there any way that we can add animations?
Does it will convert figma design to React Native code ?
A skilled developer with such a profound understanding of the user experience is an insanely rare. How do I invest?
Brilliant!!! Any support for Astro?
Yes, it supports Astro too
Does this work for React Native?
I'm just curious how much you can scale this. If you app gets bigger and bigger there will be much more code because I doubt it is away for principles like don't repeat yourself or code reusability. It will run to bad performance quite quickly.
i think it just for normel website , not highend website
I imagine it won't be long until dry principles and sharing of code are baked into products like this. It's amazing what it can do already but scary at the same time
Now can it follow a specific coding pattern?
Nice , I will try
Perfect
Is it available for react native?
where is the Q&A session?
Im not able to put into words how exactly I feel like.... excited and worried at the same time :) :(
what about efficiency n bugging part
how is this different than the other 15 apps that do the same thing?
Very cool
