Work a register in retail, you'll see it numerous times daily. It's most frequent in summer, when guys will pull it out of their sock, & ladies out of their bra, soaked through with sweat & who knows what else. The ladies who do this often have their phone tucked in there as well. Many businesses have written actual policies prohibiting this, & it's actually forbidden by the health code in many areas as well. People who complained were usually told, "It's not an issue if you switch to using a card. It's easier to carry & hide, & no one else needs to touch it, it's cleaner, safer & better for everyone.". I'm told this was a common suggestion during the pandemic that has been followed to a degree, & has made the sweaty money issue somewhat less common. But there will always be some who never change.
@@grantgarrod2232 I never actually knew that - I mean I usually try to get trousers with pockets but you can't always get that as sometimes their fake. But I do usually use card nontheless.
